Hadn't had KFC for awhile. It was SO delicious. Freshly made. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

We ordered chicken tenders and then gave us 2 burnt tenders that were very skinny. The mac and cheese wasa very small portion. The workers were very rude as well. They we rollin their eyes and giving attitudes when we asked for assistance. I do not recommend 😐

Wife picked up a meal deal and within 15 minutes of eating it started to feel sick to my stomach. Got bad chills and stated vomiting every 15 minutes for over hour. Definitely had a spoiled piece of chicken in the mix.

Ridiculous amount of time, passed my order up and served others after I paid. Was told 16 minutes then after 22 they said 5 minutes.

pulled up to the drive thru the representative stated he would be right back. Almost 15 min later, cars were lined up behind me and still no response. I spoke into the speaker hoping to get a response with again no results. I decided to pull to the window to finally order food and that’s when the representative spoke to the car that was behind me, at this point they are riding their food and i am in between cars, so i decided to leave without ordering. This is not the first time that this location has had a long wait for someone to finally recognize a customer was waiting. This establishment also has terrible customer service at the window with employees who cannot properly communicate with customers. Seems like a lack of skills or lack of training on their part. i feel management is lacking and employees need to be more concerned about the customers that come in and pay their paycheck each week. This continues to be a bigger issue everywhere these days with the new generation not caring at all about customer service. The restaurant industry needs a serious reset especially when they are paid the amount of money they are being paid now with the high minimum wage. KFC is not getting their moneys worth when it come to employees and their attitudes about customer service.

I had a desire for my favorite stand-by Extra Crispy chicken. When I get to the drive up window I am informed there was none prepared and it would take between 20 and 40 minutes before they could make any more. Grrrr. So I had to do with original style. When I started to eat it I noticed it had been rushed out of the cooker because it was not KFC cooked. Yuck.

When I received our drinks the sodas tasted watered down. Because the ice was halfway melted. They forgot to give us a pot pie that we ordered. I understand people make mistakes and it's fine but they could have thrown in another one for free, I had to drive back and wait for it again. Time and gas wasted.

Rudest server and manager ever! My husband has a medical condition and he is unable to eat corn and we were informed that changes could not be made in person but anything could be done on line when ordering and then they slammed the window in our faces.
