We love this place. Lunch specials are great..I been coming here since I moved to this town..first Chinese restaurant and still coming here. Same friendly family. They already know my lemon with my food.
Food wasnt as good as before. The fried shrimp was all batter and very little shrimp with no flavor. The orange chicken was over battered as well and hard to chew. The pork fried rice was ok. Very disappointed

Prices were very fair , and was good the following morning with a couple of fried eggs.
The restaurant was vintage, mainly becouse its history in visalia is very long.
For some good food and layed back atmosphere , eat at Kow Loon Chinese restaurant.
