This location never has anything ready. They open at 11 and by 12 have had multiple times where we have been told items are not ready. Unfortunately would not recommend this location. Maybe later in the afternoon. But no where near the time they claim to be open

Inconsistent pricing and no MENU prices? Yeah super sketch.

I visited the Michoacana today on July 12th and was helped by a young lady at the counter around 8:30. I asked for two mangoneadas, & asked her how many scoops the cups came with, so we chose the ice creams and the young women responded with rude tone and seemed annoyed of the questions we asked. Because of how I was treated I will not feel comfortable in returning to this location, I hope management can offer more training in professionalism and customer care.

Owner and employee are both super rude. He even cursed out my teen boy all over us asking them to change the flavors on a banana split

This place needs better customer service. I told the cashier I was ready to order, but she was too busy talking about customers entering the store to another employee. The girl taking my order grabbed the crushed iced with her hands no gloves. She later went to the register and took my money. Never wahed her hands before or after touching the money. At the time of giving me my receipt, she pulls her phone and starts texting as she's trying to hand me the receipt. Would I recommend this place, definitely not!!

white chocolate dubai strawberry was very good

$7 for the Dubai bar just for it to have a hair in it.

So good I was the first to try their chocolate strawberry’s with Mazapan! Soooo good 🤤

The waters have literally no ice. Customer service is really bad, girl in the cheap white nail paint literally flinged a cup in the water almost touching the water with her crusty Temu nails. Employees should be required to wear gloves!! Health breach, I will be calling a health inspector to visit this place as AC doesn’t work and there is probably roaches in the kitchen.

The customer service was fast and friendly. Pricing was fair. Definitely worth the drive ..

Customer service is so bad here. They will just look at you and help you after 5 minutes.. they never tend to have half of the stuff they have on their menu..

The guy owner was so rude , got mad for us asking if he can remake a esquite and respond in a very unprofessional way . Worst service ever 👎👎
