So I order a banana split and there was nuts in my ice cream. And I was allergic to nuts. And I said NO peanuts. Unbelievable!
They are super friendly and I went it today whe. I was riding my motorcycle and they made it so easy for me they put foil on my elite corn and taped it so it wouldn't move and taped down my Agua Fresca lid as well so I could carry everything in my back pack. Definitely coming back on these hot day for something refreshing and sweet

The food was delicious but the service was not good. There was this one girl with light brown and blonde hair whose roots were growing out that was rude as soon as we walked in. She gave us attitude when we were looking at the menu to see what we wanted and when we asked about certain items in the menu. I would go back if she wasn’t there

A lot of Asucar in the products and they are very expensive, I just came from Mexico and the flavor is really far behind

Really bad service! One of the young lady's was in a bad mood
I recently visited this place, bought a dozen of paletas and I found a fly inside the box when I opened it ? the lady put the paletas in the box, how did she not see this? We weren't even greeted when we arrived, employees were more interested on their personal conversation.

Honestly the Duvalin ice cream is kind of bad and it kind of soured my perception of this place but however I believe that it was a bad choice so I decided to come back and get the strawberries and cream and wow let me tell you that alone changed my perspective highly recommend this place I am very much considering coming back and trying more flavors
