Spent 40$ for them to try and charge a 1$ per ranch. I would get a smaller order that’s more understandable, but after spending 40 not 1! Ranch ?. On top of that my order wasn’t even proper. Why even send me a notification that it’s ready.

Came in @ 10:38 to order some puffs to go and after making us wait for 10 mins at the counter, manger told employee to tell us that they don’t have anything to make for us because they wanna close early. Employee told me they would not make me an order of breadsticks and puffs because it was too much work and they didn’t want to clean everything again. I was astonished and disappointed. What excellent customer service. My wife called the phone as well and we watched the manger answer and hang up the phone multiple times. They need to fix management fast if they are closing 25 mins early and denying money from customers.

Poor customer service female working register needs proper training does not acknowledge any customer walking in and gives everyone an ugly attitude towards all customers while I was there she was rude to a door dasher and other customers waiting to order. *Update be careful with your food found black broken pieces of i don’t know what on my bread sticks.
