You don’t want to eat here. Serval health code violations, rudeness, unprofessionalism,ect. And you if you think about working here…Don’t. Unprofessional management and toxic work environment everyone here is not treated right at all and be expected to work 4 hours.. a week not a day. People are unhappy here hence why it shows in its food and service.

Food is acceptable standards for Little Ceasers. This is more of a rating on the customer service, i ordered my food at 5:03pm, received an email at 5:16pm it was ready and an additional email at 5:28pm that it was ready. I arrived to pickup the food at 5:37pm. Unfortunately I was told it’s just gonna be a few min. So I waited and waited, until 5:55pm when I was finally given my food. I wouldn’t be upset about the time it took for the food to be given to me if it was just within the initial time that my food was supposed to be ready.
Just a heads up my order had to pick up time 5:22pm-5:27pm. I even waited until after the pick up time to ensure adequate time for the food to be prepared.
Placed order online and was notified when the pizza was done. They provided code to get my pizza from the warming portal that insured a hot pizza. The order was done in a timely manner. I have returned to this spot number times and I just want to clarify this is fresh food not fast food. Worth the wait

Very Rude Female Cashier/Supervisor, I had a question about the app. And her answer was, “I don’t know anything about it, cause I don’t use it, she turned around and walked away, Then grabbed my Hot and ready pizza, and tossed it on the counter !!

***please read***I ordered a pizza from this place about a month ago. I ordered it online and picked up. When I went back home and opened the box, it wasn't the pizza I ordered. I called them And informed the young gentleman on the phone that it was the wrong order. He said he was going to fix it and to come back. Before I hung up the phone, I asked what his name was and he would not give it. When I arrived, I spoke to the little blonde girl, that calls herself a supervisor and let her know what happened. She looked at the pizza and said there was nothing wrong with it and started arguing with me. I told her I just want a new pizza and she refused. She was giving attitude to the point I had to tell her to just deescalate. I asked for her name, but she said she's not able to give it. Just reading through the bad reviews, I thought it was just me LOL. Even though they're rating is four stars, it seems like they are putting random accounts in on Google and rate four stars so corportate doesn't catch them. And did you notice that they respond for those high reviews on Google more than the bad ones? Just saying. And it sounds like with the bad reviews is the same complaint, BAD ATTITUDES. All I can say is this is my first and last time going over there. I know they're not going to care, but as long as you read this, I can help save your money and your time.
