I was very disappointed. The food was okay, but the service and the atmosphere were awful. The music was blaring right by the order counter so the cashier couldn't hear me, which made my order come out incorrect. First, she couldn't hear me say two kids meals so there was one missing. My order was supposed to have two wing flavors, but it was all only one flavor. Then after I waited for the second kids meal, I asked to make sure that the sauce was in the container and the cashier assured me it was, but when I got home it wasn't in there. So if you like mediocre food with horrible service and having music drowning you out as you try to order your food, then this is the place for you. Good luck.

This was the nastiest chicken wings that I ever had they were heavily breaded and everything tasted sweet the carrots and celery were not even fresh. I didn't think that I was going to eat fried chicken but that is what you are going to get. I will not be going back. Wing Stop is King around here.

It's was garbage I got two meals and a kid meal the kid meal had so much dry rub my child said it taste like a strip of salt my wings had to much rub I take a bite and would cough from so much dry rub on the chicken the plate is extremely salty not worth your money at all. Go to WINGSTOP !!!!!!

Danny the owner was INCREDIBLY nice and hospitable to us. We came in hungry and left full and wings were hot and BIG! Honestly best bang for your buck when it comes to local wings. This is our place and we highly recommend the Monday and Tuesday .70cent wings!! What a deal man! The wings are big and juicy and always hot and fresh. Lots of sauce and flavors to choose from. I think my favorite wing flavor Is the Garlic Parm and then Asian Zing, you can’t go wrong with the honey bbq either?Also the fries are super good ?

Tried the boneless wings in cajun, lemon pepper, Nashville hot, Buffalo, garlic parmesan, and original. Everything was seasoned well, tender, and large portions. It was not as crispy as I would have liked but that's just a preference. Would definitely go back!

Tried this place for the first time and boy... I should have just stuck to wing stop. I ordered the 10pc bone in. Picked it up and got back to have lunch. I bit into one and flavor was good but texture was off. Looked down and my chicken wasn't cooked all the way!! So I grabbed another one and ripped it open and was pink! Ripped open another one and same thing. I gave up. I called the place and he asked me to come back so he could replace it but I couldn't because my lunch break was going to be over. He then said "I'll see what I can do, we'll see if we could refund it"

I just ate here and sadly was disappointed . I ordered 6 traditional lemon pepper wing combo. It came out looking so good and flavorful. I bit into a wing and it was raw inside, I tried another wing, also raw inside, this happened for 5 out of the 6 wings. The flavor was so good, but I couldn't eat my wings, disappointed

Mac an cheese is homemade so we waited 15 minutes for it to be done (which was fine) but it was awful. The bowl was ok but they put waaay too much seasoning on top when they should've just added sauce to it. Chicken itself tastes great. Otherwise service was ok... when we had questions about the menu the cashier read directly off the menu as if we couldn't read. Anyway great Chicken!

I can only speak on the chicken, popcorn chicken, sauces and fries. It's the best I've ever had for the price range, even outside of the price range it is some of the best chicken I've ever had. The staff/owners are always accommodating. The prices are fair and affordable. Everytime I order or visit this place, the food is exactly as I remember. I've been a customer since I moved back to visalia and my first experience was amazing. Out drinking with friends and this place was open and taking orders till about 2am, idk if that's normal but it was much appreciated. Such an amazing meal at the end of a long night. I will continue to be a customer and recommend this place to friends and family.

The actual chicken itself and the flavor was the best I ever tasted!!! I got the lemon pepper and I got the spicy garlic parmesan. I will not get the coleslaw next time, it was watery and made the bread soggy.....you can see the juice in the container in my video...:fries were seasoned to perfection!......the Mac and cheese was the worst I've ever had in my life!!!!! I mean bad....dry, no moisture at all, no flavor. It was pitiful and I took two bites and threw it out lol fix the coleslaw and Mac, then it will be 5 stars for sure
