Older White lady at cash register is completely rude. Was rude while I was placing order on phone and even more rude when paying for food. Just glad she’s not the one cooking in the back 😬. Fix your customer service.
It's a very simple place to grab good Japanese food. The rice bowls are a bit smaller than I'd hope for. I also wish they had other options than rice, perhaps salad, in the rice bowls.
I agree about a post made 3 weeks ago on the service here. Cashiers are rude with a feeling i get that they want to be somewhere else but here. Bad sign for a restaurant. Their food is good but the service is bad.
