They gave me coffee with cream in it instead of black coffee then couldn't explain how they made the mistake when the receipt was only coffee but doesn't show whether you ordered black or with cream and or sugar. I realize as I was driving across town and went to eat one of my sandwiches, they were English McMuffins with only sausage and cheese, not the breakfast biscuit sandwiches with sausage egg and cheese I had ordered and actually had a conversation about with the employee who took my order at the counter. When I return to the store to try to talk to them about that additional mistake, all the manager did was try to offer to change my coffee and again could not explain how they made a mistake like that when the receipt at least showed Egg McMuffins even though they should have been biscuit not English muffins. I emailed the address shown on the yellow card behind the counter and an address from online showing the address of the franchise owner. It's been days and zero response to my email.
Why do they get 20 plus dollars an hour and still only have a 3.2 rating for something so streamlined and automated, how can they make such stupid mistakes and I mean stupid; then what useless or lack of response from the managers and the franchisee.

I was waiting for ten minutes to get a delivery order. No problem, you have to wait sometimes. They told me to leave and go through the drive thru even tho I had already confirmed it with them and waiting. So ya, kinda scummy that you get to make more money than me and you can’t have the courtesy to just have the lobby open for a few more minutes. I didn’t place this order. I just deliver it. No wander fast food is going down hill.

I really don't like leaving low reviews for fast food places, seeing as I used to work in fast food, but holy smokes this one is earned. We waited for 10-15 minutes for a double cheeseburger, six piece nuggets, and a large fry that was barely half way full. Further, the food came out cold. The cheese had rehardened as if the burger had been sitting out for a while. The employees refused to acknowledge us, let alone any of the people at the counter. For people who make more than teachers, you should do better. If ronald mcdonald and his crew knew about this, you'd all be fired. Do better.

Always issues with this location. Today I went and was in line at 1030 and just wanted to surprise my daughter at school with lunch. It was 10:58 when I reached the window so I cancelled my order. There’s no reason it should take almost 30 minutes to get through a drive through. Always attitude too from the crew that works here especially morning crew.
