I used the mobile app for a curbside pickup on Monday. I waited 20–25 minutes for a simple order of two sundaes and a hot chocolate. The entire purpose of the mobile app and curbside service was defeated.
When I finally went inside, the staff was clearly stressed, and my completed order had been sitting on the counter for some time. Not only was the service a complete failure, but the hot chocolate was undrinkable—it tasted more like warm water than chocolate.
A 25-minute wait for a simple dessert, followed by poor product quality, shows major issues with service management or training at this location. Unacceptable experience.

Worst customer service ever what ever happened to the customers always right it’s our money give us our order. I ordered breakfast before they stop serving it and when I get there they say my order will be refunded because they stop serving in 8mins how is that my fault I wasted my time driving over there and they’re complaining over making some eggs? They choose themselves over the customers and that’s what really pisses me off not going to this location ever again I should’ve read the other reviews first.

This place by far has the worst customer service of any business i have been too, its as if they are trained to ignore everyone in the lobby. I do food delivery and come in often, but have to cancelmultiple orders, and they will not let you pick up the food in the drive thru. Thry will make eye contact with you with a look on their face like they hate their life, but will not acknowledge the fact you are there or even exist. I have seen multiple people walk out, because they can't even order food.
