Called this location after placing an order. It was mistakenly sent to this location which is 27 minutes from where I placed the order. The associate was not helpful and was mocking me.

Yesterday went through the drive thur to get a tea I wasn't thinking my fault drove to the window by then, there were people in front of me and in back of me and I could not back up to order.I flagged the lady down numerous times and she ignored me. Cussing me saying racist slurs behind the window.Then when she finally opened it acted as if it was such a problem just to order a tea. The world is so hateful and diespectful, and it's all about race she should be happy she has a job.I wish I could get a job where I get paid $20+ an hour to stand there. Managers just a kid probably can't even handle that discordantal employee. So if you don't speak Spanish, I wouldn't recommend you going to this Mcdonald's very racist and rude. Employee should be fired

Imagine a chicken taco. It can be hard to mess it up, right. Well at this location they did. Order a taco al carbon and got cold tortilla, cut up chicken squares, a whole lot of onion, n some cilantro. And for the price of $3., that is the last time I get tacos here As for the service, they were more involved in trying to figure out who was working next weekend than helping me with my order.

Grands wanted done fries, we went through the drive thru. Fast friendly service! We received hit fresh fries!
No soda machine in the dining room, the staff have to fill our drinks everytime we need a refill and one of my refills of coke tasted like coke mixed with a fruit drink.
Not the best McDonald's out there. Maybe go to another one.

These workers definitely don't deserve $20 an hour, workers are slackers and rude, they really will have you standing like an idiot staring at your bag of food getting cold while they ignore you. Multitasking is part of the job, so if they don't like it maybe they shouldn't work there. Service here is terrible. Higher pay and lower quality is ridiculous, really gotta start paying them 7$ an hour like the good old days when McDonald's was actually a happy kid friendly place. Now it's full of miserable workers who do the bare minimum.

As it is McDonalds is trash BUT when I have had to give someone a ride gosh it takes for ever! No matter which one you choose it takes as if they are making the food fresh. McDonalds you suck!

The only thing this McDonalds gets right is chicken nuggets. Anything else is too complicated… even fries, ice, soda is too hard. They up charge for simple things but then don’t give you what you paid for. The management is not available nor do they return emails. When someone does answer the phone they hang up immediately without saying anything.
When you go inside to fix your order (which you will do every time) expect to be ignored for about 10 minutes.
Do yourself a favor and go across the street to a In-N-Out for better service and better burger.
If you really want good McDonald fries go to the McDonalds off of Demeree.
