They tell almost every single car to park out front and wait for someone to bring their food out. I waited and waited, no one came out with my food, saw another lady go inside and come out with her food all mad. I waited another five minutes, finally went inside, and my food was just sitting there. What a joke!

I am not a fan of the nuggets but a fan of the online app.. Great deals are found on the app. In addition, this McDonald's has the greatest service in the world. The employee treated people with respect and assistance that I have not seen in a long time. I wish I got her name so I can post it on here to let the managers know it of of how happy she made myself and others. In addition I am sure this location was shorthanded because she was doing everything..

Horrible management and visits food is inconsistent. Ive been having bad customer service and when asked to speak with management they are scared to give out information. I think its really shady. I ordered a 4 piece mcnugget and only got two. Food is missing. Theyve taken orders wrong and didnt offer to fix it and gave an attitude like " and?" They leave out items a lot of times that Ive been there.

They never get the order right they asked us at the window. Did you have the happy meal cheeseburger or nuggets? We told him cheeseburger we got home we had nuggets and they were hard as a rock and dry french fries were cold. Can’t call them because their phone they don’t answer it and then it’s always busy, I always tell everybody don’t go there but it’s closer on the way home and it happens almost every time something is not right with the order rude, rude people there and dirty

So we went to McDonald's because we were pressed for time and figured that fast food would quickly served. In addition I was curious what raising the minimum wage to $20 an hour for fast food what do for restaurants in California. When we walked in, there was no one at the front registers so we placed an order on the kiosk. We don't like the kiosk experience since you can't ask a kiosk simple questions to make ordering more efficient. In addition kiosks do not take cash which is not friendly to people who are unbanked and those are oftentimes the people that rely upon fast food.It took a while to figure out the kiosk ordering system, scrolling through menus of various options and having to look for what you want to order. But if we were to eat frequently at McDonald's and used a kiosk each time, it would have been much quicker. It's a learning situation. We sat down and figured that since there was only two other guests and it was only 9am, the order would be processed quickly since fast food is mass produced for JIT delivery and isn't made to order. Nope. It took another 15 minutes to get the food. Meanwhile no one came out to clean tables the entire time we were there. In fact the only interaction we have with any service employee was the one second it took to hand us the order when it was finally ready. So raising the minimum wage for fast food employees has done this to the fast food experience:1) made the business rely on automation that apparently hasn't improved efficiency but has eliminated jobs2) eliminated the pleasant experience of ordering food from a friendly person who greets you with a smile, offers advice and answers questions3) creates a dining room that is understaffed so that it constantly looks unkempt, messy and dirty4) raised prices so that food costs for customers is similar to eating at a full service restaurant5) forced guests out the door in 30 minutes by claiming that they are loitering6) created an environment of anxiety and urgency instead of enjoyment and peaceBasically the result is you no longer go to a restaurant to enjoy a timeout with your family while being served by friendly staff. Instead fast food experience is more like a turnstile where you are expected to serve yourself place your own order and clean up after yourself when done. In other words they just want to take your money and hand you sub-par food.It used to be that when you go to a fast food restaurant the level of service would outweigh the marginal quality of food. You got smiles and greetings from friendly service employees. And that made up for the cheap food. Now you don't even get the service so the food tastes even worse since there's nothing to distract you from the cheap quality of food.Basically going to fast food in California 2024 is like getting a hamburger at the gas station. The quality is the same and the level of service is the same and the uninviting atmosphere is the same. The only difference now is that McDonald's cost more to eat at than the gas station because fast food employees make $20 an hour and gas station employees still make $16 minimum wage.

WORST SERVICE EVERY TIME!! They either get my order wrong, give me a whole different order, take forever to get my order, staff has worst attitude, I wait 5-7 mins at the counter to get help when there was only 2 customers dining and took 45 mins just to get our food. I won’t go thru the drive thru at this location. Fries are never fresh. Today was the last time I got to this location. I would drive across town so I can have better service.

The worst thing I ordered was a happymeal, they only put the toy and they were missing the food. I asked for a chessburger, they gave it to me without cheese. I asked for a sentence, they gave it to me in a different size and it tastes like pure water. The worst thing is.
