Missing food seriously SUCKS especially after you get home and it's so far you don't want to go back. You get paid $20 an hour now and u can't even do that. Spent $30 and missing $10 worth of food! Nuggets and large fries. So frustrating!
Attention, they are giving wrong orders to the DoorDash drivers. They don’t even put the receipt on the bag and when we show them, that’s the right order, they say yeah, that’s the right order and when it go to the customer, the customer report for the wrong order. Make sure that the right order.

I went there on a very busy day, I know, however, being that i've worked at three different mcdonald's when I was younger, I know that the management was not doing what was necessary, they had people waiting for an embarrassing amount of time. I waited an hour and a half for a double cheese and a soda ! it can't get any worse than that . They seem to serve the
DoorDash customers first !
There was no one at the counter/register. I eat there about once a year when I crave one of their hamburgers or fries.It's probably gonna be 3 - 5 years from now on

Worst McDonald’s location. The manager Jake is unprofessional and will argue and cuss out customers. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and the biscuit was rock hard. To many incidents at this location corporate needs to s nd a secret shopper to shut them down and retrain the employees I contacted the health department hopefully they can get this location to start doing better

I was in line waiting behind a lady that was paying for her meal. When it was my turn the cashier asked me if I can order with the kiosk saying that she was too busy. I dont see why they now have cash registers if they refuse to take orders at the registers. I don't like using the kiosk. Its dirty and inconvenient. If they are too busy, maybe they should hire more people!

Awful location. They will have you waiting for 25 mins before even checking on you. They will also have your food sitting there cold because there is zero communication with the staff. Absolutely terrible experience and its mcdonalds so my bar was in the trash to begin with.

Drive thru on Friday 9/12/25 12:30 PM. Double hamburger patties were burned, dry, tough and barely warm. Bun very tough. Seemed like yesterday's leftovers over heated in microwave. Milkshakes not available so I ordered a cup of water. Server, who appeared to be wearing a manager's collared shirt, turned her back to me, walked away and began bagging other orders.

The food gets worse and worse while the prices continue to rise, and after waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru at this location just to receive an incorrectly made order I think I've officially reached my last straw with McDonald's
