DONT ORDER MOBILE YOULL GET PUT LAST OR FORGOTTEN. i hate this specific location for a lot of reasons & i avoid it like the plague, but unfortunately i was wanting mcdonald’s today & only had a limited time for lunch near my house in exeter. i’m not sure who’s running that place, but he is way in over his head. i was told to pull up to the first spot & watched 5 cars that pulled in well after me leave through the drive thru not pulling into the curbside spots. i finally walk in & my bag is sitting on the counter & he puts a buffalo sauce in & i ask what they were waiting on & he said “the buffalo sauce”… i had been waiting for over 10 minutes between the drive thru & being told to pull in the front. get a new manager, he needs to go back to bagger obviously. oh wait… he can’t even do that on time. buffalo sauce… that’s something. i waited for 10 minutes for a packet of sauce to be dropped into my bag. easily the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever gone into. i’ll starve on my lunch before i go back to this place.

Website says 24 hours, went there at 1 AM and they were closed. Only menu lights were on.

Ordered our food on the kiosk and when we got our food it was barely even warm fries were old was really hard to find a table to sit at without there being trashed on top of it and trash all over the floor they weren't even busy we were like the only people in there it's places like this that make me not want to eat fast food anymore

Waited in the drive thru at 9:40pm for over 20 mins for no one to ever answer the drive thru... Finally gave up and not an employee was in sight. There was people eating in the lobby thou so I'm not sure what was going on
Place is disgustingly dirty. Employees seem to do more gossiping than any work. Waited 40+ minutes to receive my food. All of the back lights are turned off, mind you its 7:30pm. When my order was called out we had asked for some ranch and the employees said “you have to wait”.
