Just left mc donalds on mooney and was denied food because of my food stamp card , even after presenting proof that the restraunt accepted, even with the staff being very rude and unprofessional.
Does no one work here?
Also this place is not 24 hours
Ordered lunch at 12:15 and fries were stale. McChicken was okay, but they skimped on the mayo. This is my favorite meal so I was disappointed. The only thing that kept this from a 2 star was the medium coke.

This location always takes way to long to serve people. The employees typically have horrible attitudes.

Don’t ever write reviews. I don’t have high expectations for McDonald’s to begin with but I don’t know how you can hand a bag of food to family knowing damn well it’s garbage. Food had no condiments on it, was dry as hell, probably been sitting out for hours and reheated again. Next time I want to pay 25$ for dog food I’ll just go to petsmart atleast I’ll get 15 lbs of premium dog food. This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to

Service is fast and easy especially with the app. Sometimes this place is a little busy so wait times can vary but the food is amazing!

I'm not really too fond of the sterile environment, the color choice of McDonald's in general is just too drabby.

The food at mc Donald’s hasn’t changed but the prices have if mc Donald’s keeps going the way they are going, I’m literally going to have to go work like 4 jobs and going to have to put 1/2 down and do like 4.9% interest on 84 months in order to afford a combo meal there. Low payments at 499 a month…

What do you want? That's what I have been asked as a greeting and it wasn't a happy question. Not professional and they still mess up the order.
Update....every time I have purchased food this year there has been an issue. Wrong order, missing food, train these highschool kids better because $20 and hour didn't help
Every time I go to this location the wait is so long don't matter what time of the day it is I even used the mobile app so my food will be ready when I get there but it never is and if you decide to park for your mobile order your gonna wait at least 30 minutes and drive through takes forever it like a 1 car moves every 5 minutes

⭐ One Star – Worst McDonald’s Experience in the Central Valley
I travel a lot—Los Angeles, Northern California, even some tough neighborhoods—and I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s locations. But somehow, the one right here on Mooney Boulevard in Visalia is by far the worst.
I’ve never waited over 20 minutes for fast food until I came here. And judging by the other reviews, this is the norm—not the exception. People were just standing around, confused and frustrated. Staff looked overwhelmed, orders were backed up, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. It honestly felt like a McDonald’s straight out of Escape from New York—chaotic and poorly run.
To make it worse, there’s no self-serve soda fountain, which every decent McDonald’s still has—even in rougher areas. Compare this to the McDonald’s in Tulare on Cross Street (not exactly a five-star part of town), which is faster, cleaner, and run like an actual business.
Franchise owner, if you’re reading this, you need to get involved. Something’s broken here. Your team needs better training, structure, and support—because what’s happening now is unacceptable. Until then, I’d recommend people drive a few extra miles and skip this location entirely.
