Upper management needs to staff their location better to support their workers. Drive through & pickup times are exactly what other reviews say they are, 30 minutes or more. But I don’t even blame the workers, they’re not in charge of scheduling or staffing. They definitely need more support if they’re being left with minimal staff for being in a busy area. I’m not surprised that there’s reviews of workers being irritated or annoyed, I would be too if I was being berated daily & still not having backup.

I came in early morning to grab breakfast sandwiches for the family. The morning crew provided excellent, quick service, and the sandwiches were great! I appreciate the kind service.

They guys who are working here the worse they don't even want to attend the customer who are waiting in the line and the two doordashers have gone just in waiting that someone will attend them too they are the worse also if there was any option to give them minus star they would prefer that. I already knew this place is the worst, but I accidentally ordered from this location on the app & it was terrible. Extremely undercooked nuggets & burgers + the cheese wasn't even a little melted. I showed up 12min after I ordered & waited almost 20min until I received my attempted food poisoning. It was around 2:30pm and they were not busy at all.

This is the slowest mcdonalds, let alone slowest fast food restaurant in visalia. I have been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, and counting, 5 cars back. Not to mention the drive thru person got my order wrong 3 times and had to be repeated over and over again. I do not recommend this mcdonalds to anyone.
