They changed the inside to look like a big kitchen all through the store it doesnt feel welcoming like it did. The remodel is not nice.i also feel sorry for the workers as they cannot see into the dinning room any longer for safety reasons.

I placed an order on the mobile app and these people totally screwed it up. Didn't make half the food correctly and didn't give us some items and refuse to give a refund for their mistake. Terrible service and the night manager is rude

Food was in the bag. Not in there packages or wrappers. But I guess $20 means crappier service. Service was better before pay raise. Atleast i didn't have to go back to get missing items this time.
I never understand why the wait times are super long and its never busy inside at this store. Why do they give out cold food all the time? I ordered 2 sausage egg and 2 hashbrowns at 1:30ish and usually they should be fresh at that time. Tell me why I get my food and they are old, the cheese is basically disintegrated into the muffin. The sausage patty is gross and the egg was turning greyish because it was sitting inside the warmer for too long. Hashbrowns were lukewarm, definitely been sitting in the warmer since breakfast. SUPER GROSS!

Love the fries and their price of drinks but hate the fact that it's the slowest place on earth. I ordered just a drink yet they couldn't even give me my drink until my number came up 30 mins later? That's just sad. It's just a drink.

Terrible morning service. Showed up with nobody at the drive thru and they ask to pull up at the drive thru parking lot to wait for my order just for the worker to then show up 7 minutes later just to ask what was my order. Just ridiculous. Won’t be getting breakfast from this location going forward.
