Waited an hour for my order, went inside to check on it and got the most horrible service. The manager on the clock was the most unprofessional rudest person I've ever dealt with. She needs to find another job because she lacks customer service skills. Do better.

All of the Walmarts in Visalia need to fix their hours on Google maps and the McDonald apps already. It has happened multiple times already where it’s past midnight and I want something to eat and I’m looking for open restaurants on Google maps and I see that McDonald’s is open, so I drive to the location and open up my app only to find that the hours are incorrect and it’s currently closed. This is an issue not only on Google maps either, because if I open the app and I try to select another store that’s open, it will tell me multiple locations in Visalia are 24 hours, but when I click on it to order there it’s not actually open. How hard is it to set your hours on two websites? You guys rarely ever even get the orders right and you can’t even manage one simple thing to let customers know you are closed?

Every single time I go yo ANY McDonald's they ask me to park and yhey always forget something and they always take for ever and its just 2 items Inect time I go to any location I will not be parking I will wait at the window

Manager Jacky is extremely rude to her customers and staff. Your can tell she is over whelmed and has no business being in a position of leadership. Should be assigned to cleaning bath room. Horrible experience for my children's first time trying. Missing half our order and was rude entire time. Thankfully another. Manager came to Help me.

This Mc Donald's is more expensive than some of the others and that's okay! However, this Mc Donald's is SLOW to acknowledge the customer, slow to take an order, Anakin easily take 20 minutes to get your order once taken. We were there yesterday and we were shorted food. If you go to this McDonald's check your bag before you drive away check your bag before you leave. This is the second time it's happened. But worse than that the 20 minutes that it took to get the food, the food should have been fresh it tasted old and dry. My guess is because it was sitting there under the lamp for 20 minutes. Of you want a Mc Donald's with good fresh food, Tulare is the spot! And it's pretty much a straight shot from this Mc Donald's.

Drive thru service gave me half my order which had two fries, and asked me to pull around and wait in stale one for the cookies I ordered. Pull into stale and decided to have a few fries while waiting. Noticed one order was piping fresh and the other seemed old and extremely stale.. Julie ran the cookies out and I showed her the old fries. Even though it was scorching hot outside, she was happy to run back in and get me a fresh 2 orders of fries for the inconvenience. She was genuinely happy to help me, assured me she was happy to get me the fries fresh! Great customer service I I appreciate the very few workers like Julie that we rarely cross anymore! Especially working in the service industry myself. I always notice, response, smiles and helpfulness. I hope Julie gets kudos for her helpfulness and delightful personality
