Okay I understand there was a game tonight but if you can't serve your customers adequately then don't take their orders plain and simple. Ordered a personal 3 topping pizza at 5:55 tonight, didn't leave with my pizza till 7:15. I was told a 30 minute wait. When I got there I was told a 5 minute wait. That 5 minute wait while my pizza finished in the oven turned into 45 minutes of me waiting, asking for a refund, being denied a refund, waiting another 15 minutes, and finally getting my undercooked soggy personal pizza. Horrible service. Horrible pizza. Horrible experience. For the pizza place closest to me; I think I'll drive the extra few miles and not be treated like I'm begging when I've already paid for my food and been told to wait 10 minutes - 5 times!

Forgot my sides and soda. Aileen M. Was very rude and unprofessional. So was the little short manager with a perm. They then questioned me for my name and order when I obviously ordered it 20 minutes ago. Lost a regular for horrible teenager service. Drive to mooney or ben maddox unless you want BAD SERVICE AND PAYING EXTRA FOR STUFF THEY'LL FORGET AND AFTER GIVING A GOOD TIP!!! HORRIBLE!!!

I came with a group of about 10 others after a softball game. The overall experience wasn't bad. We ordered about four pizzas and four pitchers plus some cheesy bread. We had a good time drinking and eating, only wish they had a booth more accommodating to a party that size. We had to put tables together and pull chairs. The pizzas were pretty good, and they give you frosted glasses for the pitchers, which was a big plus.
Repeated my order 6 times... and He still got it wrong, over charged me, shorted me on the refund... smh

Called my order in for pick up, 2 ltg pizzas when I got there they had me for 3 pizzas they offered me the 3rd pizza for free and to remake the messed up one or refund 1 pizza but didn't have ti.e to wait for another to be made I took 3 pizzas and paid for 3 pizzas.
