We walked in and the cashier looked at us like we’d just landed from Mars — apparently speaking no English in Visalia is a crime. She handed us the menu with the enthusiasm of someone filing taxes, and then had the courage to ask for a tip 😂. The waiter was more polite, so there’s hope for humanity.
The pizza? Well… for being American, it was actually decent! Of course, nothing like back home in Italy, but we adapted.

Placed an order online on a Saturday.... and made a mistake on pizza toppings... So I called and asked if they could modify it and they agreed. When it arrived I was expecting it not to be fixed because it is Saturday so I'm sure they were busy but to my surprise they did indeed fix it how. Thank you so so much! Everything was hot and delicious as always. Thanks again so much whoever was answering the calls tonight and helped fix my mistake I SUPER appreciate it 🫶🫡

Arrived at restaurant at 3:40pm the “given pickup time”. Had to wait in restaurant for 40 more minutes. Door-Dash runners get served here before regular patrons. I saw it happen several times. When I finally got my order nobody said anything “sorry or thank you” at all. Food is always great but unless you’re a food-delivery service, dont expect good service. Order#428 9-6-25

We are always greeted with a warm welcome. Today Araseli A. was exceptional in customer service. Very friendly and professional. She treated every customer this way, and they were very busy. Pizza was great!
