Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria

Best pizza in town.
Sometimes I just gotta have a Me&Ed's, like tonight for example, a medium pepperoni is dinner.

There is a lady, this happened about a month ago. She has may pins on her hat as I don’t remember her name, but she had a very snarky attitude and even refused to take my order at some point. I don’t agree with this customer service and I think it could be improved severely.

The worker handed me a large pizza when I ordered a huge meal, when I told her I had way more food than that she told me sometimes online orders don’t go through all the way & was trying to send me home like that.
I put the pizza on the counter & told her I was going to call my boyfriend (who ordered) to come in. She asked if the name was _______ with the last name this time & I said yes that’s it. She took the original pizza from me and handed me my new food.

Unfortunately the owner of the actual large pizza was standing in line behind me & watched her place that pizza back into the warmer. I told him I did not even open the pizza, but personally if that was me I would have wanted my pizza remade. I think that was a health hazard to hand me a pizza, what if I opened it, touched it, and she had no idea? Pretty gross.

I ordered food for myself to be delivered. The order came faster than expected! The pizza and cheesy bread were hot and very good. The salad was cold and large enough for two people. Very pleased.

They took 33 mins to have my personal pizza ready. That's way to long plus it looks like theirs a missing a piece lol not coming here on Sundays again

Staff is friendly and jokes with you, we were there on a weekend so was a little noisy but that's too be expected at a pizza parlor with arcade games. The staff kept tables cleaned as guest left, and most importantly the pizza is the best I'm town.

I’m a pizza freak love pizza. Me-nEd’s is great!! They have fantastic pizza. Sometimes really busy. Service was still good but they could forget a few items sometimes due to being so busy. I could understand that due to how good the pizza is. Lol They really do make good pizza not too much oil also. If you want great pizza eat here. You won’t regret it!!!

Other then being really messy it was great ? very hard working crew! God bless you all ❤️

Very unorganized would never stop @ this location again , need training and better management feel bad posting negative comments but good good seen 3people asked for a refund I waited 1hr I don’t wanna think how long they did

The worst food in Visalia, I wouldn't even recommend it to my enemy. The person who served me was rude, impolite and unprofessional. I bought some pizzas for my family, they overcharged me, I complained, they had to call the manager who insisted on not refunding the money without any logical justification. When I said I wanted to cancel the order, she decided to refund the money she had overcharged. The employees were in agreement to charge more than $6 extra from each customer, this deserves a complaint. The kitchen staff does not appear to work with proper hygiene, some do not wear gloves or hair protectors. The person who collects the trash and cleans the floor goes into the kitchen all the time and helps the cooks and also serves pizza... hygiene is not respected. When it was time to serve the table, the employee was rude. There is no one to greet customers who come in or leave... everything, absolutely everything in this pizzeria is reprehensible! I would like to give it ZERO stars, but Google requires at least 1. I will never return here with my family. If you are smart, look for another place so you don't waste time and money on bad food and terrible service.

Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options and no flavor. Better to look for another place to eat.

Our pizzas were awesome so delicious! We had friendly service, however the beers we ordered were flat, and the doors and windows were covered with greasy fingerprints. We will be back, but next time I will bring my own Windex.

Service was so terrible I just walked out!
