For my first time in Visalia, I can personally say it was a great experience as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the gray servers overall a great experience and if in Visalia, it’s a must try!!!

The place is alil outdated, but the pizza is still awesome just like the other locations ,and this location isnt as packed as the other ones other location pizza will come to your table alil cool down because its hard to keep up , so for me this is the best mountain mikes

Order lunch buffet 11.99 as advertised, when I went to counter drink extra $, 1st bad thing. 2nd service poor sat waiting for food one fresh pizza in 30 min, no variaty very bad

I always order from this Mountain Mike's. The food is always great. Fresh. Customer service is always on point.. HOWEVER.. When I called yesterday evening to place a large last minute order I was greeted by Marie. Marie was fabulous she was energetic her customer service skills were on point she was friendly she did not seem annoyed at my large last minute order or various questions. After I completed my entire order she placed me on a brief hold only to come back on and tell me she had located two coupons to save me a couple of dollars. Which I greatly appreciated. I could practically hear her smile through the phone. I would like to let management know she is doing a great job and any new hires would be lucky to be trained by her.
Made a call about removing toppings since they don’t offer half and half. Or toppings on one side. They stated they couldn’t because it was an online order.
