I always order from this Mountain Mike's. The food is always great. Fresh. Customer service is always on point.. HOWEVER.. When I called yesterday evening to place a large last minute order I was greeted by Marie. Marie was fabulous she was energetic her customer service skills were on point she was friendly she did not seem annoyed at my large last minute order or various questions. After I completed my entire order she placed me on a brief hold only to come back on and tell me she had located two coupons to save me a couple of dollars. Which I greatly appreciated. I could practically hear her smile through the phone. I would like to let management know she is doing a great job and any new hires would be lucky to be trained by her.

Made a call about removing toppings since they don’t offer half and half. Or toppings on one side. They stated they couldn’t because it was an online order.

The chicken bacon and white sauce pizza is quite literally identical to a pizza that I used to get from Costco. Maybe their other pies are better but this one was just horrendous. Service was good and the place is nice.
Half a pound of wings? The seal to my wing box was broken and it's clear this is NOT a half pound of wings. Pathetic Mountain Mike's. Do BETTER. Pizza was fine.
