I've been eating at this food truck every once and awhile, and it's very good. I love that even though it's a small business, the menu is not just the same two things. The only thing is, it's quite expensive but understandable considering the quality, quantity, and prices these days.
I went to the Longshot Brewery and tried their 3 piece lumpia and Maiz Con Hielo. The beef one was my favorite and the dessert was nice to have during the hot weather we had. Staff was friendly and nice. Would definitely come back again.
Last week we drove 30 minutes just for lumpia and pansit. It was worth the drive! And oh, we took some for to go also! ha I highly recommend them. Their staff are very friendly, too!
