I'm leaving this review based on my personal experience and what I observed. This is also coming from someone who worked for years as a manager in a Mexican restaurant, so I understand how the industry works.
First, I want to say the food is good — I’m not going to lie about that. However, the service was not great. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps you improve and make the business even stronger. I understand you’ve only been open for almost a year and things can still be getting organized, especially when it gets busy.
As a first-time customer, my experience with one staff member in particular was not very pleasant at the beginning. The attitude came across as rude. It did get slightly better later on, but it still wasn’t the most comfortable situation to be in.

The first time my girlfriend, Sky, and I tried MzGlow’s food, we dined in on a random Sunday. The staff were SO friendly and welcoming! Most times, we order for pickup, but every time we walk in, the vibes are so great; it never misses. Everyone has such good energy, and they do everything to make you feel tended to and comfortable!
Portion sizes are good! The food was PHENOMENAL!! Tasted very authentic, and the meats are always seasoned perfectly. You can literally taste the love that she puts into making everything, and that’s rare to find around here.
We’ve been repeat customers ever since we’ve tried her food a few months ago. I love how she has specials all the time, has happy hour, special events, and even special food/dessert items for a limited time.
It’s honestly become one of our go-to spots, and we’re always recommending MzGlow’s to friends and family. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, you’re guaranteed amazing food and even better service. If you haven’t tried MzGlow’s yet, you’re seriously missing out. We’ll definitely keep coming back for more!

The food was excellent. First time trying the hot Cheeto Birria Balls, oh my wow!! They are great! A big Thanks to Gloria, Nikki and Jessica the cook. This place is a must if you are in Visalia.

Tried calling to place an order and instead was placed on permanent hold… never recommending this place, don't waste your time trying to order ahead of time for lunch they'll just waste your time instead 👌
The food was delicious, great portion sizes, salsa and chips were delicious as well. You definitely could tell that the chips were homemade. I had the quesabirria tacos and OMG they were some of the best tacos I've ever had. My husband liked his TJ tacos. They were fully loaded. My son ordered the cheeseburger combo and it was so juicy inside he said. We will definitely be back. Loved that I popped in on Mz. Glow's Tik Tok live. 🤣😂

Coworkers went to lunch here, it eas absolutely amazing. I had never heard of it(im from hanford), I wish I would have gotten pics! The best birria tacos i have ever had, the ranch was good, loved the birria eggs rolls. 10/10 recommend, the food was amazing, came out quick, and the waitress was super cool! I will definitely be making the drive out here again!
