No more bread, they forgot the alcohol in a drink, soda served with no carbonation, food arrived cold, the Filet was basically a 2 bite steak. For a Friday evening with only 4 tables how do they even stay open? How they have fallen from when they used to be packed and served great food.

I should have left when the place was empty at 6pm. Probably should have realized my second clue was the ladies room had no supplies but a roll of toilet paper on the tank and a roll of paper towels on counter. That something was not right... Probably has not had cleaning service or haven't paid their supply bill. The caprese salad was over priced for a few slices of tomato, cheese and basil... Asked for the 6oz Ribeye. They didn't have any... but the waiter offered a New York that was not on the menu... it was a cheap, thin steak and Over cooked!! We were there to celebrate a birthday. The waiter said they have a chefs choice dessert and he had already told the chef.... 15 minutes later he came back with a small dish of ice cream with half a churro on top. Apologizing that the chef was on break and the Sous Chef put that together. No candle or anything... no dessert menu... the ice cream hard freezer taste like it was left uncovered. I felt terrible. We paid the bill and walked down Main Street to get real dessert and salvage the evening. Do not waste the money. Go to any other Steakhouse in town. Texas Roadhouse is better!!!

My husband and I decided to give this place a try even with the mixed reviews. First, the cons! They did not have a wine menu only offered one cheap bottle that was available by the glass. They do not have beer on tap and don't carry IPA's. They do offer mixed drinks which I don't do so bummer for me. Then, I ordered fillet mignon with a side of veggies. The veggies were advertised to be carrots, asparagus and mushrooms. They didn't come with mushrooms. I'm assuming they ran out. Now, the pro's! The service was good. And, my steak was phenomenal!! The sauce on the steak was sooo yummy too it paired well.

This is an odd restaurant, trying to be fancy and it's just not working for them. Staff confused and don't know what they are talking about. Steak wasn't good but the drink was decent. Just very strange

Although our server alexis was amazing! Whole place is horrible now that there is a new owner he’s terrible so unprofessional witness him from a far telling his bartender and servers off multiple time. Food 4/10

absolutely atrocious!!!..service was excellent by waitress lexi but all of our food including drinks, salads, and steaks were atrocious!!! im sorry, but it was a waste of money. we had a ribeye and filet mignon with no flavor and over cooked. our coca cola was even flat. this place no business selling steaks let alone having a kitchen open. it need help. its going down fast. i can see why they have dj and dancing at night...to make money to pay for that high rent.

We made dinner reservations for 5pm not knowing they don't open till 5 no one told us this when we made the dinner reservation. We got there 5 till and the chef told us they were still cleaning but we can sit inside if we didnt mind so we did we sat there for 15 mins and no one acknowledged us or anything and place was still dirty from the night befor so we left. on our way to our car someone came out and said are u ready we said no we are leaving. Was supper awkward that they would have us sit there an never acknowledge us. We will not be going back hope u all have better luck.

The main entree’s were alright which is being generous. The only decent thing we had was the appetizers. The service was terrible and very awkward. The server made all 4 of us uncomfortable. Each drink was brought out 1 by 1 and took sooo long to get. We ordered a second round of drinks which never came out to us and we just wanted to leave. I can’t say any of us will go back.

This is a review on the service received from the bartendar after dinner hours. Not sure what his name is but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to make us our drink because "it's too complicated" and "It's going to get busy later". The drink was an Old Fashion. It wasn't busy at the time. He must hate his job. First time there and Never going back.

Came in a bit before 5:30pm (so we can eat dinner before our 7:00pm show at Visalia fox theatre). Tried to order the crab cakes for appetizer and Tomahawk to share for 2 people, but they’re out of it; Also tried ordering a glass of wine but they were out of any wine as well. My sister got to order 1 old fashion then she tried to order another one but they could not give her a second order because they ran out of an ingredient — ok then, that’s all totally understandable, right? Since they probably were very busy yesterday or a few days before today.So we end up ordering the calamari for appetizer (most delicious calamari we have ever eaten!!!!), also ordered ribeye to share with mashed potato and veggies then we added mushrooms and onion on the ribeye, and we ordered the chicken and spinach lasagna that came with a green salad.We got our Ribeye entree at 6:00pm-6:05pm, but server forgot to put the chicken lasagna entree for my kid. So we had to wait another 20-30 mins for us to eat our entrees together. Mind you the lasagna entree came at 6:32pm, and we had a show to catch at 7:00pm. If only the server told us that he forgot to send the lasagna order we could have just canceled that so we can eat our ribeye entree and still make it on time for our 7:00pm show (we end up leaving the place at 7:00pm and became more late for our show), I know you are all going to blame us with our time management and that’s ok, but this is more about our experience in Nash.Now time to pay for the bill, server forgot to take out the 2nd order of old fashion and server already ran my sister’s card, so we had to redo the whole payment (wasted a good 5 mins there).Bottom line, tonight was not a good night to eat dinner there. After my sister got her first order of old fashion and our calamari appetizer — we had a really good impression about the place and we were thinking of tipping them 20-25%, but we just end up giving them 10% after all the mishaps.Mind you it was not that busy yet when we came so I’m pretty sure the server could have given us a better service.My sister and I worked for 10 years in different restaurants before so we know how hard it can be to work but we always give our best to our customers to give them great service, and as a customer we always give 20% tip on a good service. But sorry, we won’t probably try this place anytime sooner.

Food was ok, nothing special. The drink was great but kinda an odd spot. A good steak is very simple, salt pepper and garlic! No need for fluff just simple good ingredients!!

this place overpriced food. The seating is awkward and two of my party members, one a child didn't receive her dinner, the other adult was not served either until we spoke up and they tried to bring it out in a hurry and it was still undercooked. No wine list only putrid drinks that came from the bar. watch out for the water it has stuff floating in the glass. The reason I am writing this is we were charged a 65.00 automatic tip on our bill. I couldn't see the bill that well because of the lighting but I was appalled to find out they would do such a thing after two of our guest received no dinner.. buyer beware of automated tips! never ever again! also front pink chairs and couch smelled like pee, I should of ran out the door with that kind of presentation
