quick service, we had our meals within 18 minutes. The portions are good size, i have some cons. The food was salty and the rice had an off after taste. almost as if it was turning. Not sure what to make of it. it was a Friday afternoon so would have expected fresh food.
Visiting family again in Visalia. Have tried to find good Chinese food, finally have found the restaurant. Very clean which is huge for us. Presentation of food is great. Staff is extremely friendly. Plan to eat there again on our next visit.

The menu features many dishes you’d expect to find at most Chinese restaurants in the area. Food was brought out promptly on some nice dishes. The waitstaff were very friendly. A great value for the price.
I think this might be my new go-to Chinese restaurant in town.
