It would be great if they actually answered the phones to allow one to place an order. They never update their store hours to reflect when they decide not to open. Like today. Says open yet they’re closed. Some of the best Pho and pad Thai I’ve ever had but man,….. good luck trying to get some

First time trying pho and I did not like it at all. It was just not good and I ordered chicken spring rolls, when I got home I realized they had given me shrimp spring rolls. They did not look appetizing at all. The place is only for take out so you basically order from the door, you cant go inside and the place looks sketchy, dirty.

The worst pho I'm sorry... Noodles were rock hard we asked for extra veggiesand we got hardly any , we got hot chili oil and no other sauce. Wish we would have ordered at pho and seafood.

I'm sorry but this is not it, the pho had a bad smell and distinct after taste. The broth looked milky and not the good broth flavor.

I would put five stars because their food is so good and we go there all the time however, they are very rude. Every time I have gone the girls at the door have a horrible attitude and talk to you like you’re stupid. That’s the only thing I have to say about them because again the food is good enough for us to come back and put up with that.

Was super excited to try out a new place to enjoy pho only to arrive there & find a note taped on the door saying to call in your order & knock someone will come out. I didn’t stay to find out. The sign looked very old & place was very run down. I love hole in the wall places you get some of the best food in those places, just something told me not stay. I also prefer eating my pho in the restaurant & not to go.

Food was definitely bland. Saved me a trip after work tbh. My coworkers decided to order all of us lunch, and being that I haven't tried this place out again after getting food poisoning--3.5 years ago, I thought why not, second chances. Boy was I wrong! Pad Thai was bland, the sticky rice and chicken, portions are ridiculously uneven. 2 pieces of chicken and literally a child size fist for sticky rice?! For $4?!?! Adding on the salsa was just beyond salty, I couldn't even eat that! I'm not sure about the service, but I do know my coworkers had to wait for a while-- even though it was literally 3 basic orders.. won't be wasting my money here again.ALSO IT WAS BETTER WHEN THE PARENTS RAN IT! Ladies if you can't be nice to your customers, give the entire restaurant back to your in-laws- my coworkers called to the restaurant about the order, and all we got back from them was "well it's been over 20mins it's not our fault that you don't enjoy it, don't come back next time." I'll go to another location. Thanks for saving me an extra trip for dinner though- after fixing it for dinner, it was more edible!

I've been too over 50 pho restaurants and Trust me when I say this place is one of the best authentic pho! This is my go to pho restaurant in Visalia for around 3years now, give them a try. Usually I order the combination pho, hits the spot every time.

Love the food. The customer service is a little strange right now. You can't even finish a sentence without them closing the door on you and that is really not good. Seems a little suspicious

Way overpriced. I ordered chicken fried rice for my kids. Smelled like fish. My kids spit it out and wouldn't eat it. I was told 1 price and when I picked up my order it changed.

Not sure what happen but it’s not as good as it used to be pad Thai and rice have come out very dry and bland lately ever since they stopped allowing dine in place has kinda never been the same not like when the mom and dad use to be in the kitchen
