We just went to celebrate my sister’s birthday and Brett was out server. When it came time to pay we used the machine until it didn’t let us anymore so Brett separated mine and before it being separated there was $212 left to pay. I paid mine which was $74. After I paid the machine showed $230 left, so because it messed up we went to the front to finish paying. Brett insisted there was $230 left to pay even though we all showed him were we had paid and he even had all the receipts. Rather than take the time to address the fact that I kept saying it was $212 before I even paid the $74, he continued stating we owed $230. My nephews who are non confrontational just paid it and said they’d take all the receipts and add it when they get home. Needless to say my sister’s, niece’s, and her boyfriend’s meals and drinks were all double charged. We all believe they need to go to the manager and let them know. Our concern should have been addressed and we should have never been double charged for anything. Not a happy customer and I definitely won’t be going back.

I walked in with my wife and son to see a large amount of servers just standing around at the entrance talking. Meanwhile I look over at the bar by the entrance and every part of the counter was dirty with plates. I went to use the restroom and it looked like to had not been touched at all. Clearly this place is overstaffed with many workers with the “it’s not their job to clean that mentality” the bathroom looked like a truck stop bathroom and wasn’t consistent with Olive Garden values. Do better please. To hold you accountability if I see this again it will be posted every time

The wait for our food was very long. The waitress apologized very much but it was long.

Food is delicious as usual but like everything else, prices are inflated. Nice place to have a family meal, the best value is the soup, salad and breadsticks.

I'm not a fan of this place. Very overrated and overpriced for what it is. I'd rather go across the parking lot to outback. With that being said, the only thing I like here and would actually recommend is the Tuscana soup. I ordered chicken Alfredo and it was just ok, definitely not worth what they charge. Service is hit and miss here, this visit was decent. Also I should mention, whatever wait time they tell you, be prepared to wait an extra 20-30 minutes

I have a very low grade gluten allergy - no celiac or anything but boy did this make my meal experience miserable. I don't know how many times I told them not to worry too much as I wasn't going to die from a little bit of gluten, I had a supervisor warn the kitchen, a manager come to my table twice to argue my choice of meal(chicken and potatoes) and my meal came 15 minutes after my husbands did. You would think that they would have the decency to comp a drink or something but we received the bill with everything on it and full price. And to add fuel to the fire - it was my birthday.
update: Olive Garden did well in making this right. We revisited the restaurant and had a wonderful experience with an excellent waiter and had a delicious meal. The difference was to just let the waiter know that the gluten issue was a "preference" rather than an allergy. To those the redeemed the restaurant, Thank you!

The only great thing about this place is the service. The taste is bland and quality of food is not the best. I love Olive Garden but this was by far the least of my favorites. The dishes and silverware were dirty as well. Friendly staff and clean restrooms.

Food is great, services great, drinks kind of weak. Overall this place is good for family dinners on special occasions because it feels like a treat every time we go 😁😁😁
Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy the very simple crayons and puzzle pamphlet

Didn't get my birthday song and she knew . My favorite soup was nasty it tasted spoiled or something . The pasta was good tho. They put us in a place where the floor and table was dirty when I asked for a booth. But there were clean booths elsewhere

The food isn't amazing but it's a chain restaurant so I wasn't expecting anything amazing. The wait times are insane. Download the app and reserve a spot before hand or else you're gonna be waiting at least an hour for a table

When you hear you’re family. The gluten free rotini add chicken breast is my go to gluten free meal at the OG.
