“I usually come here for lunch. Regular customer, but i was kinda surprised that today they forgot to charge me for my drink But then they came up to me at the drink machine and asked me to come back and pay for it. Even though it was not my fault i can’t believe they actually asked me to come back pay for that after all the money ive spent here. Really? No big deal i just thought that was a little uncalled for.. if you forget to charge a customer thats on you.“
“I placed an online order for one plate and 1 bowl to pick up. When I came the order was ready on time, all tied up in a bag with both items. It was good but unfortunately the plate was with the rice and only one item string bean chicken, but no broccoli beef added. I wondered why it was the same size container as the other bowl which was correct, but I did pay the price for the plate with two entrees on my credit card.The fortune cookies were appreciated as they are good, but wish I could be refunded for the plate that was actually a bowl. We like the food at Panda and it is close near our house off Dinuba.“
