Omgosh!!! Can you please tell me why your supposed to close @ 10p but we put an order in online at 8:23p and you tell me you have no steamed rice… Really??? You shouldn’t stop cooking until close to closing time… Then you send my kids food wrong!!! Yeah, I won’t be spending my money at Dinuba Panda Express again!!! Store Managers please teach your night shift crew how important it is that your customers gets what they paid for!!!

Guys please help your newbie service crew. Come on now. I don’t give bad reviews but your team leader sucks. It is a simple order and you guys couldn’t figure out to help your new service crew.
Ordered food in the drive thru then had to wait 15 min for my order which by the way the only part of my order that was hot was the part that caused us to have to wait. No apologies for having to wait no heres a little something extra for the inconvenience. Very disappointed ive always loved Panda Express but after what I spent and the poor customer service l don't have any plans to return any time soon.

Stail, old, and tasteless food Not as good as the Mooney Blvd store. The food was not fresh and reminded you of food sitting around. The food was far from fresh and how long has this food been sitting out and why is food like this not made to order. My mother asked me to go to the store on Mooney where you walk in and order but I was shopping on the Northside so I decided to get the food on Dinuba Blvd. She noticed the taste right after the first bite. When I started to eat the food I thought to myself this food ? is terrible and realized my mother was right and how would I know since I live in Las Vegas. These companies always ask if you want to donate to some fictitious cause when already the food is overpriced.I've been to almost every fast-food restaurant, and one does it better than the rest. I've tried dozens of fast-food restaurants, but Panda Express is my favorite. Panda Express offers the full package: cheap food, large portions, stellar customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This store needs to close down since they simply don't have the management and personnel to make a great experience for the consumer. June 8th 2024 5pm

I ordered at the drive thru. They had me park and wait for my order. They actually forgot about me for over 30 minutes. I should have at least went inside after 15-20 mins but I had my 2 little ones with me. I told the server when he delivered to the car that was parked next to me. They gave me a free drink.

6-5-2024 8:07pmTwo ladies expediting and the gentleman on drive thru could work on hospitality/ customer service. I waited 30 minutes. Drive thru took 2 minutes to greet me after arriving to menu. Told me it was an 8 minute wait. Parked me. One employe running other parked orders out had many chances to update/acknowledge me waiting. I was being mindful that they’re busy. I went inside took 3 min after that. No one apologized. Food was great though. And the gentleman said 8 minutes for a reason I think that is a normal wait time but 30 min with no acknowledgment is not great. Went inside 8:34pm left 8:37pm.

The employee taking my order did not smile or make eye contact didn’t seem friendly but the cashier was. Food wasn’t as good as other pandas but ok. Big parking lot not too busy. Restroom was clean.
