~10 minute drive through line just to be missing a 1/4 of my plate 🫩
Food was right on time fresh and the order was correct can't ask for more
Worst experience ever. One of the staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Options were very limited and potions seemed smaller than usual. And to top it off they ran out of sweet and sour sauce, go figure.

Good golly, on 11/15/2025, this Panda Express location gave my husband and I the worst case of food poisoning I think we’ve ever had.
He ordered a plate with orange chicken, beijing beef, & chow mein.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken & super greens…
We’ve only been able to get out of bed to use the toilet, or throw up…
PLEASE clean your tools better!!

Idk how panda trains their employees. In customer service jobs what the customer asks the customer gets. I asked for a specific amount of sauces and the girl just walked away and gave me a few I had to sit there and ask another kne for the rest of my sauces. Do better at training your employees specially for such small requests like giving chili packets.

Never buy the Family Meal. It says it feeds 5. It barely fed 4 with nearly nothing left over. Biggest rip off ever You get more bang for your money buying the plates.

We placed our order at the drive thru and the young lady told us it was going to be about a 4 minute wait for the rice. We had no problem with that. We pulled around to the front as she asked. But then we were there for 12 minutes and my dad went inside and asked about our order. She said she got held up and she was just getting our order together right now. But another 5 minutes went by and a man came out and handed us the order and said sorry but when my dad went to ask about it, he stormed off. We just wanted a little better customer service. Not food being shoved toward us and walking away.
But the food was good.
