I went to this Panera Bread location yesterday, and I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted. My son wanted a brownie, but I refused to buy any baked goods because there were flies crawling all over the pastries inside the display case. I even have pictures. That is a major health risk to the public especially when these items are supposed to be ready-to-eat.
On top of that, they charged me $11 for a tiny cup of soup, which was ridiculous for the size.
The display case should be clean and protected. Seeing flies landing on food that’s being sold to customers is unacceptable. I’m thankful I noticed before my child ate anything.
This location needs to be inspected and held accountable sanitation must be their priority, not just charging high prices. I will not be returning until they resolve these issues.

I have visited this location several times and always found the food and staff to be excellent. However, I have noticed on multiple occasions that the manager, Iker, speaks to the employees in a rude and disrespectful manner. I hope this can be improved moving forward.

Want to give a great review and shoutout to Ike!! I ordered a dozen of bagels and they were all out of the cinnamon ones. Instead of just letting me know they were no more knowing he had other bagels in the ovens, he decided to put a full pan in there for me and get it done fast. He gave us free drinks while we wait and even accommodated us by giving us a bigger cream cheese tub and a few more bagels! Great experience and really appreciate him doing that.
Walked in and was impressed by the atmosphere nice and relaxing. Customer service was outstanding and very helpful! Will be back here soon. (Driving home eating the cookie and brownie una delicia 🫠)
