I had a delivery last night. And it was horrible. The instruction was to leave at the the door. This man walked into my mud room (bro) and RELENTLESSLY knocked HARD for about 5 minutes. I had faith he could read, so I waited. I guess not. He also stunk up my house. His BO was SO BAD that it leaked into my home. Jfc control your people

Waited 2 hours last night for uncooked pizza. Got put on hold for over 20 minutes. They offered to remake my order but it was already past my bedtime & hell if I was going to wait another 2 hours. So they told me that I can have the order remade another day. So I called them today & they wouldn’t honor the order. So I paid over 40 bucks for something that I couldn’t eat. Super disappointed. The whole thing was ridiculous & to top it off they referred my order to DoorDash when I ordered through there app

This Dublin location can't get orders right EVER. Last 3 orders wrong. got a miniature pizza versus medium. Smallest pizza I've ever seen. called store and the jerk hung up on me instead of listening to me. If your answering the phone and having damage control. People not going to be happy when their calling. expect some heat especially if the last 3 orders were wrong. I didn't even call and complain about the last 2 incorrect orders.. we are back to Marcos and Jimmy's their stuff is way better. last thing any man should ever say to a female is to take it down a notch. BUYER BEWARE

When their advertised Pi Day promo didn't work (and local franchise had zero idea about it), messaged customer service on FB. They've responded two days later, telling me they've applied that deal to my account.
Tried to order again today ... and guess what, that promo isn't there either.

It comes on commercial all the time where you can get 2 large pizzas for under $14.When we went in there they charged us twenty two dollars and then some and then couldn't even get our order right
I ordered two large one topping pizzas was told over the phone. It would be $22 paid 44 when I went to pick up the pizza…… I will never again go to Papa John’s as this is unacceptable practice in today’s world…. If your website says 9.99 then that pizza shouldn’t be 16.99 when it’s time to pick it up!

Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. Food was great, but the pool was even better even though it was small. I loved the spa as well. I would highly recommend upgrading to a deluxe deal. Parking was a little difficult, but the front desk was great. Also had a great night sleep. I would rate 5/5 and would defiantly stay again

Ordered a medium regular crust with extra sauce and light cheese. Received a pizza with crust barely as thick as a thin crust and with almost no sauce.

I ordered our Halloween pizza 30 hours in advance for pick up on Halloween @ 5:30. I arrive on time and was told my pizza order hasn’t even started and it would be at least another 45 min. At 6:30 I check on my status and was told it was plus be at least another hour. Mind you, a woman who had placed her order same day and about 2 hours before pick up, got her order. When I asked, they said it’s all about how the system places it in system. They need to fix there system then. If I am planning, why can’t they or there system plan. I ended up canceling my order and went to chick fila. Was serviced quickly and went home. I still missed first 45 minutes of trick or treat with my grandkids who were starving. There a lot of choices for pizza in my area, and I will explore them. I emailed the corporate office the next day. It’s been over a month and you think I would have gotten a response. NOPE. Never again.
