I wanted to order a small seafood pho to-go, and the cashier taking orders said they only do large or extra large for to-go. So when I questioned it, she says, that's all they do for to-go and that's their rule. I asked is it because they don't have small containers, and she still says, no its what they choose here. Guess I won't be coming here anymore unless I actually want a large, especially if I am wanting a small size and they're making me get more and pay more. And after waiting for 30 mins, the girl is rude. Probably not coming back, get a new cashier!

Very slow slow slow service. Took over 30 minutes for 2 banh mi's to go. We were there an hour after they opened.....so it can't be because they were prepping.

Food here is delicious. Aside from being cash only, I would say they compensate for it with their Pho.
