I rarely give low reviews, but I all honesty, this is one of the very few pizza establishments that dont fit the franchise needs. Both my pizzas were burnt, which made them hard to eat. The crusts were flat, no rise in their doughs. See the pictures for the burnt cheese pizza. The dough also seemed raw in the middle. 2 of the four of us got sick from this visit. I will definitely avoid taking my family and friends back to the poor quality food and horrible service. And on top of that, I dont know if the AC was turned on during our visit. The customer service, by far was sub below par. The short lady manager with brown and blonde or white hair was not very helpful. I love pizza factory, but this kind of customer service was horrendous.

Love the food here. Been coming to Pizza Factory for over a decade, and this one specifically has always had great service. The lunch buffet & salad bar is always delicious. For dinner we enjoy the build your own pizza (pepperoni & olive) and the all meat. The cheesy bread is amazing!
I ordered take out. 1/2 combo, 1/2 all meat. The second pizza was 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 pepperoni. Phenomenal pizza for all that I ordered for. I moved out of the area a few years ago and had to decide which number one pizza I had to have while visiting. In honesty, there's a place in L.A. which has won me over, however, in the central valley, Pizza factory wins! The other two were Me N Ed's, and Round table... By no means do I discredit the other two pizza places, they are awesome also. All three of them are amazing. If you only had one choice though, Pizza Factory wins.
