After covid I had fallen so far off of the healthy habits I used to live by. I would typically go the entire day running on nothing but coffee until about 8 pm. Precision prep has been perfect for me getting back into a good eating schedule. They're delicious and also great quality! I appreciate so much how they list the macros for you, making it so much easier to keep track. Starting to eat more and healthier again, I started working out as well. I've lost around 30 lbs since August 2023. I give major credit to precision prep for helping me back on track!!!

Started ordering meal packs for lunch and dinner a couple of weeks ago and I am really impressed with the portion sizes, quality, and taste. Very convenient and easy to order on the website with lots of different meals for different diets and tastes. I'm very happy with Precision Prep and being able to pick up or request delivery is nice. I work downtown so it's easy for me to swing by on my way home from work.

Precision Prep meals are tasty, well-balanced, super-convenient, and reasonably priced. I appreciate the variety of meals offered and that the menu is switched up regularly. There is always something new to try. The meals have been easy to track (I’ve used My Fitness Pal and Weight Watchers) because nutritional information is provided for the Signature Meals, and portion sizes for the Women’s Weight Loss Package. With precision prep, I have greatly reduced my fast-food/take-out habit, and the amount of money I spend on groceries and prepared foods.
