After covid I had fallen so far off of the healthy habits I used to live by. I would typically go the entire day running on nothing but coffee until about 8 pm. Precision prep has been perfect for me getting back into a good eating schedule. They're delicious and also great quality! I appreciate so much how they list the macros for you, making it so much easier to keep track. Starting to eat more and healthier again, I started working out as well. I've lost around 30 lbs since August 2023. I give major credit to precision prep for helping me back on track!!!

Started ordering meal packs for lunch and dinner a couple of weeks ago and I am really impressed with the portion sizes, quality, and taste. Very convenient and easy to order on the website with lots of different meals for different diets and tastes. I'm very happy with Precision Prep and being able to pick up or request delivery is nice. I work downtown so it's easy for me to swing by on my way home from work.

Not Only was the food amazing, but this company has the best customer service. They delivered to first responders despite the fact that they were out of the delivery range.
