I heard so many good things about this place I was excited to finally try this place out. I got the #1 quesadilla. The ingredients are good and fresh but there is one problem. They don't melt the cheese. I even came back a 2nd AND 3rd time thinking maybe it was just that one time. No. Its shredded cheese in the middle and not even that much. Its a quesadilla for goodness sakes! If they loaded these things up with a bunch of melty cheese this place would be a 10 out of 5 EASY because the sauce that you can get with the quesadillas are amazing. I will gladly come back when this time comes.

Didn't realize it was a walk up only Resturant or sit outside; not an eat in restaurant. Disappointed cuz it was a little chilly out; didn't want to eat outside so had to eat in the car. The quesadilla we ordered was a number 3, where's the beef? There was plenty in the first three pieces of the quesadilla; however the last piece had nothing but fillings ( cheese and veggies). The service was good; staff was friendly . It was a little sketchy; you couldn't see what they were doing inside . Made me second think if I wanted to eat my food; I did because I was hungry and it was tasty; however weird you can't go inside.

What a great meal.We had lunch here. It was up to the hype.Current prices are around $13 per dilla.The sauces are delicious. I recommend the roasted one.The size is very decent, one dilla fed me very well.Service was great. The dillas are not greasy like we see in most places.Well worth the trip.No searing inside. A few tables outside. Not super comfortable.
Only thing special is the cilantro sauce. Everything else is just a regular quesadilla. Save your money and make it at home

don’t come here very often at all, but the first time I was able to order inside and now I’m forced to order outside, because I don’t know what they’re doing inside, so I’m waiting to order food & I have to be hot or cold or even wet? … what kind of business practices are these?

High hopes for this spot on our pass through--very displeased that the website never mentions it is a walk up (not in) with only tables on the sidewalk. It was 56* - thank goodness for the sun. There's about a half dozen preset quesadillas and build-your own options with protein, cheese choice and other add ins like rice, beans, veggies, etc. Add chips and refillable fountain beverage for $5. Service was outside the front door- walk up, order, pay... then they bring it out. No table service or check ins once seated. Quesadillas were good- but not raveable. Dessert 'dillas' were thinly laced with Nutella and PB&J... had just run out of bananas. It was a sad attempt-- no dusting of powered sugar as menu states. Skip--- do not pay $7+ for thi s faux crepe. This could be a great, dine-in lunch spot with a small frontage for this developing downtown. Though the Front windows are filled with paper signs advertising an array of local things and through the glass, it appears to be a maze of kitchen equipment. Food came out pretty quick so that was a plus!

The menu is limited, but what QG has is good! But the only seating is outside. If it's hot or cold out my recommendation is to place your order To Go and be cozy at home or at one of the microbreweries downtown that doesn't have food.

The food is usually good but I got food poisoning the last time I ate here. I recommend the Evan Boling which is my favorite. You can customize your quesadillas, too.
Ordered a sweet dilla and they failed to inform me they were out of bananas and powdered sugar. When I called about it they informed me they were out after the fact and didn't offer any sort of resolution. Poor customer service. Cannot recommend.

We came to try this was our first time eating here had heard about it. I was not aware they only had seating outside. So if it's hot not a pleasant experience. The rice was so so. Chicken could have used more flavor. Hubby enjoyed his beef one.
