We went to red lobster today to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and Shelby was our waitress and she was the best .She went above and beyond and made my mom feel so special, best customer service she felt bad because they ran out of candles and when we seen how beautiful she decorated my mom‘s birthday ice cream plate presentation We were all amazed How beautiful it looked that she made a crab from strawberries 🦀 We celebrated many birthdays at red lobster and it’s never been like this . Shelby she’s amazing and so thoughtful 🩷 Looking forward to celebrating a lot more birthdays at red lobster 🦞

Had dined at many red lobster locations… this one was the worst one ever. To start.. we went on a Saturday evening… the empty parking lot should have been the first clue, regardless.. we went in, seated right away.. there was maybe 4 tables occupied. Famous biscuits came out with our drinks, water n soda. I ordered a holiday drink.. waitress comes back minutes later.. sorry we don’t have that one. Ok.. water is fine I said . As waitress is taking our order… husband bites into a biscuit….he pulls it right out of his mouth… a long hair is in it… waitress apologized n after taking our order .. grabs the bitten biscuit with the hair in it still…with her bare hands, I offer her a small plate, she places the biscuit with hair on plate n takes it to the back.. after about some time later .. our food comes out, hubby ordered mashed potatoes as his side, waitress tells him.. we don’t have any potatoes right now, do you want to wait or get a baked potato instead.. mashed will be like 5-10 minutes wait, he opts out for a baked potato.. our order consisted of the seaside trio.. we love the scampi… but this one .. was overcooked, made the shrimp rubbery n hard to eat.. told our waitress when she brought the bill.. just so the kitchen is aware.. ok ok … they comped us free dessert (because of the hair) and since we mentioned the overcooked scampi… they deducted $5.00 off our total bill.. we will never come back to this location.. we were in town for a baseball tournament by the way .

The food was okay. Not as good as I remember. They got forgot our Sangria so I had to ask. I requested 2 straws and more bread which was not ever fulfilled. The kids loved it however, it was subpar and very expensive.

Celebrated our 19 year anniversary tonight. There was some type of accident outside where the street to the main entrance was blocked so the restaurant was pretty quiet. The service was great! It was a nice quiet dinner. America was our server and she was great! Looking forward to coming back 🥰
