So we totally understand that everyone was here for Valentine's. But what is the use of taking reservations if ur still gonna wait more then an hour. This was so ridiculous how packed and behind they were. The service was just ok. Also. This day was my wedding day and my new husband went to make reservations he also asked that my flowers and candies be placed at my table to surprise me. But nooooo. Not done.no surprise for me. Instead he has to go tell them.while I was sitting at the table....then they brought them out to me instead. That was kindA sad for me. I saw the disappointment on my husband's face. We made the best of it.

They were NOT PREPARED for Valentines! Had reservation, had a 1 1/2 hr wait. There was lots of empty tables.

Loved the atmosphere and ambiance. The host Ayden was exceptional. Our waitress Liz provided awesome service. The food was excellent. Their surf and turf was top notch. The Mahi Mahi is an excellent choice. This a definite return visit !

In regards with this issue my complaint haven’t been resolved. It was supposedly resolved at some time last year a manager contacted me (forgot her name) and offered me a refund of the food through gift card and I was told that I can use it any time I want. Today, at approximately 2:38pm pacific time November 29, 2024, I was going to use this “gift card” she told me about but the current manager refused and referred me to corporate for this matter.

The current shift manager around this time, I didn’t catch her name, told me to email redlobster corporate and get a Gift card through them. This is so frustrating having to go through this again. It took me a year to come back here cause of the bad experience and another year past, another bad experience again.

Food was ok, service needed improvement
They forgot to put our bake potatoe on the plate and our drinks from the bar we didn't get then until they brought our meal. We ask for a refill of water , didn't get that . We were there to celebrate our anniversary of 47 years and it's was a disappointment.

We went to Red Lobster on a whim on 11/16/24 in the evening. The first surprise was how vacant the lot was on a weekend, as it is normally packed.

Our waiter started off great, very friendly and helpful, but as the evening progressed they became less and less attentive.

The biscuits we were served were overcooked and had started to harden, while the second batch was much better.

Though the restaurant was slow, it took upwards of 30-40 minutes to receive our appetizer and almost 50 minutes for my wife to receive her first refill. Granted, she was asked previously if she wanted a refill on her drink that was almost full, but I digress.

Once the food arrived, it was not to bad, but the lobster mashed potatoes were burnt, with a large dark brown/black lump in them, and the coconut shrimp were like leather.

It is unfortunate to see such a great restaurant fall from grace. Hopefully they are able to figure things out sooner rather than later.

Red Lobster located in Mooney Blvd, Visalia, CA was very honorable treating the Veterans on that special day with awesome coleslaw, Breaded Shrimps, and tasty french fries. I want to recognize this server: Nicole. I had her two years ago. I love how affectionate and compassionate she treats myself as a customer during "Veterans Day". I love how she calls her customers "Hon". Please give her the praising recognition she highly deserves. She always give me an outstanding good vibration with her hard-working effects to make her customers feel at home in Red Lobster.

I had a good experience, got my food on time and hot. It was tasty. However I can't say the same for my friend. She never received her meal. My meal came out and the waitress told her that they dropped her meal and they were making it again. The waitress offered her biscuits and a salad and she declined. The waitress continued to check up on us but still no meal. I finished mine and she still didn't receive her meal. At one point while waiting for her meal the manager approached us and said that he was told that are table wanted to talk to him. My friend and I were confused and said we didn't. This issue happened because of the lack of communication between the line staff, cooks, and management.

My son and I went to eat at Red Lobster on a weekday afternoon. We ordered a Margarita Flight, an appetizer and two entrees. The drinks, bread, and food were very tasty. The part that we did not like was the customer service and general atmosphere. Service was very slow and inattentive, and our food took a very long time to arrive. Hopefully next time we have a different experience.

When I was younger I didn't care for red lobster, but now I really enjoy eating here, I typically order the roasted garlic butter snow crabs, with extra sauce on the side. Their cajon salmon is so delicious with a little kick ?

Not great, you can tell this location will be on the list of closures. Long wait for service and biscuits. Crab legs were cold, and the kitchen was slow.
Just guessing, but it seemed like half our meal was waiting for the othe half to be prepared way too long, or it all was just sitting at the windows waiting to be delivered to the table.
I rarely leave a bad review, but I was disappointed by the visit.
