We went to red lobster today to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and Shelby was our waitress and she was the best .She went above and beyond and made my mom feel so special, best customer service she felt bad because they ran out of candles and when we seen how beautiful she decorated my mom‘s birthday ice cream plate presentation We were all amazed How beautiful it looked that she made a crab from strawberries 🦀

The food was okay. Not as good as I remember. They got forgot our Sangria so I had to ask. I requested 2 straws and more bread which was not ever fulfilled. The kids loved it however, it was subpar and very expensive.
