The food here was fine and the service was good. The restaurant itself could use a little pick me up but overall it was fine.

Saturdays bartender/waitress wasnt liking me asking for condiments, she must've woke up on the floor that morn. Paid $20 for a tasty, good, but really small burger, & very small portion of their so-called bottomless fries. Wont eat there again for that price, just not worth it. Thumbs down for this Red Robin restaurant.

They keep changing the menu and my favorite item is gone. Service is usually good. The o ly problem was the amount of trash on the ground. They could have staff pick up more frequently.

It's red Robin service was quick and the meal was exactly what was expected all modifications for our burgers were done correctly and we even got more fries since they are bottomless and the server remembered to bring more sauces that we had asked for when originally ordering so we didn't have to track them down to get more. That was nice.

Our waiter was amazing. They definitely need to hire a busser for the tables. Our waiter was running back and forth across the restaurant to the kitchen and the bar to serve the people at his tables. Who im suspecting is the manager came to him and told him to buss his own tables. I found that unprofessional to talk to his coworker in front of guests as well as not even assist him in his work load since the manager was visually not doing anything but walking around anyways. I woll go back but the lack of professionalism from the upper management needs some work.

I absolutely love their burgers! We were helped by Casey who was amazing. Will return for the burgers and hopefully the next person who helps us is as great to us as Casey was.

My husband and I were there for happy hour and the server did not give us the happy hour prices...so glad we looked, but it took them almost 10 minutes to get it fixed and the manager that had to fix it didn't even come and apologize to us. Mistakes can happen, but is it too much to expect some graciousness when it happens? Screwing up the ticket and over charging is a big deal. Always look over your itemized tickets at restaurants!

Place was very dirty. Menus were gross and sticky. Floor was filthy, bathroom was filthy. My booth had food in the seat and on the carpet. Makes me wonder how the kitchen looks? Food was decent.
