Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Place was very dirty. Menus were gross and sticky. Floor was filthy, bathroom was filthy. My booth had food in the seat and on the carpet. Makes me wonder how the kitchen looks? Food was decent.

Had the Crispy chicken salad. Great mic of veggies and chicken was fresh

Servers are a little slow although I know they can get overwhelmed sometimes because of all the refills. Most servers have great personalities. Food is fairly consistent. I'm not a huge fan except their seasoning salt, campfire sauce, and fries (as long as they cook them a little extra when requested, which doesn't always happen.) I have been to a few other Red Robins while traveling and I feel like this one seems to do/feel better, but been going to this one for a long, long time.

We waited for 40 minutes for our pickup order (after the time it was supposed to be ready). The 2 employees at the front desk where standing around gossiping the entire time. We finally asked one of them to grab our order and they said they're not allowed (they seemed scared to ask). Probably the most disrespectful restaurant experience I've had in a long time.

This particular Red Robin is a filthy mess. Not one person working cleans ANYTHING. Over ten dirty tables just sitting there empty and filthy. The carpets are sticky. The bathrooms are a whole other story. Every single stall is broken. One stall doesn't lock. Another stall doesn't have a working toilet. I felt like I was in a third world country, it was so bad. The walls had food and spilled drinks all over them. We had three different waitresses helping serve our two beers and two small meals. Then to top it off, the manager felt the need to introduce himself and let us know he will ALSO be helping to serve us. You just stare at him like, have you SEEN this place! They don't need help serving the five people that are in the restaurant. This place needs you to clean it sir! There was a birthday party for a small child two tables down. As soon as the waitresses and waiters were done singing you can clearly hear one waitress exlaim loudly, "FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT." Where does that apply here? You're singing Happy Birthday; are you waiting for a promotion??? We left shortly after the food came out. Food was bland. We won't return.

Best burgers I’ve ever had, great service people are so nice here and they get the food out extremely fast. The margaritas are AMAZING!!! 10/10!

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, October 26, 2024 (late post) We came dressed up in our 🎃 "Hollween Costume's" & we had to wait it seems like forever first 30 minutes then 15 minutes then 5 minutes because we had a large group then we finally got seated! Our servicer was so awesome & the food was so delicious 🤤 because some of us we got the fish & chips with the (garlic fries) which is the bottomless fries 🍟 & I always enjoy extra tarter sauce with my fish so there was plenty of it! So ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for the food & service.

They have gluten free options, so this is a reason we’re able to go as a family.
