I have had two different experiences in the last month with this location and am so impressed with the store manager, Isaac. He has great customer service and truly treats customers like they matter. The food is great too.

We went here on a Saturday night. The place was not at all crowded. We had to look for a place to sit as tables were not cleaned up after other guests.
After ordering, it took our large pizza 30 minutes to get to our table. Until then, orders of all other people who made it later than us were handed over.
The pizza itself was fine - nothing special.

Picked my order within 20 minutes. The pizza was hot. I received friendly service, and the pizza was really good. We will definitely keep coming back!
Picked up my order with a specific note to have garlic twists be soft and doughy. Food was completed overcooked and crunchy. Couldn't even eat any of the 12 twists we ordered because they were rock hard and overdone. Checked our other pizza and it was also completely dry and overdone. Kaitlin the Shift Manager personally reached out to me to discuss the concern and went above and beyond to make the situation right. While it was disappointing in the moment, I am happy to say their customer service and management do what they can to correct an issue.
