No joke this is the best Rubio's I've ever been to. The customer service is remarkable. And I've only ever come in late. Like right before close. And they are 100% still so cool about everything. The food tastes like Rubio's and I like that. It's always clean. And they are always working hard every time I walk in.

The Guajillo taco has got to go sorry but it’s nothing but tortilla my taco had 3 small shrimp I ended up making 1 taco out of 2

Their attitude is as cold as their food! This used to be a great chain! What happened??? No hello no thank you no sorry for getting your order wrong. No smiling! Not even a fake smile! just rude arrogant and entitled! If you’re not happy because customers don’t want to tip or tip to your standards for the pisss poor service then take it up with your employer or get another job! (As another customer here mentioned about tipping and poor service received). ESPECIALLY when it’s take out! What are YOU offering to the customer besides a bad unapologetic attitude? This is mostly directed to the pompous guy in the kitchen who had a sour face when fixing the order. The new girl who took the order was trying her best despite getting part of the order wrong and I’m not upset with her. Anyone can make a mistake! A bad attitude is not a mistake but a choice! CHOOSE BETTER!

Service is super slow and it takes ages for the employees to bring your food out to you. Maybe if the employees would stop being chismosos and actually focus on cooking the food, then I would give them a 4 star rating.

The food was good, but it was cold. I got 3 tacos 2 beef one chicken. I better not get salmonella or i'll sue. I think these sad excuse for employee did this bc i didnt tip b4 i pick my food.

Friendly service, but the signature fried fish burrito I ordered gave me food poisoning. I woke up after midnight ready to vomit and wondering what I ate. It took me a while to remember I ate here for dinner. It has been so long since I've gotten sick I'd forgotten what it felt like. So it's 3:04am and I've made myself some Golden Milk to see if it helps. Maybe they could improve on food safety.

I love the Taco Trio here at Rubios!! This is my favorite dish of them. I always add the chips and beans just to finish it off, the lime salsa is my favorite, the other salsa options are great aswell. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!
