Very disappointed this time around going here. We are normally frequently customers at Rush Bowls especially during the summer. This summer we havent been as much as we would like and I see the service has changed drastically! We have been customers since the beginning when they opened and got the chance to meet the owner who is incredibly nice because of that we always love to go back to places that have genuine owner/managers. This time my fiance went in to pick up our to go order. Three girls were working and none of them greeted him or asked if he had a pick up order when he walked in. He was in there for a few minutes and still no acknowledgment. Another customer walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if picking up and she said yes. My fiance immediately spoke up and said he was there for a pick up order as well. They were able to get him the order but the fact that he wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the three workers was no right.
Food is still always amazing but the customer service needs work.

Love love love it here and super happy I discovered it one day waiting for my appointment. Horizon bowl was beyond 🔥 if you're a chocolate lover add Nutella and banana but still keep the kiwi ends pineapple- My Son got the avocado bowl ✨️✨️✨️

I recently visited Rush Bowls Visalia for the first time, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to help me navigate the menu. They assisted me in creating a custom bowl and smoothie that were not only delicious but also a real delight to enjoy. It truly is a great place to find healthy and tasty treats, and I left feeling happy and satisfied.
I love Rush Bowl; not only are they probably one of the best healthy option places in Visalia, but the owner and his wife are super friendly. They have tons of opportunities for you to get free stuff or merch by switching up the days of the week themes, which is the greatest marketing strategy ever. But most importantly, the bowls and the smoothies are bomb. My favorite thing currently is the banana nut balls! Y’all, when I say jaw-dropping and moist, you have to go try them. Don’t walk, run to go try them!

We ordered from Rush Bowls since our normal Acai place was closed and seen that Rush had such high reviews....unfortunately there was a bad taste left in our mouths...Literally. We ordered 3 different bowls and were very optimistic since there seemed to be quite a selection, but the bowls were cool, not cold when we picked up. The mystic chia bowl had the constancy of mucus and very little flavor. The PB&J bowl was underwhelming in taste as well, and the beach bowl came with only 2 topings ( maybe we misread the toping list). Either way, it felt like a waste of $40+. We just decided to toss the 3 bowls since no one was interested in taking more than 2 bites. I really wanted to like this place since it's a challenge to find a good Acai place within 20 miles from visalia 🥺
