I might not be fair in my assessment of the atmosphere, for I've only done take-out. What's important here is how good the food is. Really good, and lots of it. I've only scratched the surface on the menu, but I intend to check off a lot of it in the future, especially any crispy items. If I can find fault, it would be that the spicy isn't spicy enough.
Service was excellent and we were well taken care of. Food was good but not the best I've had from Chinese establishments. Chicken overcooked and dry, but I suppose better that than undercooked and sick.
Me and my wife ate here a couple days ago. Their food was excellent. So far the best in Visalia. I had a sesame chicken My Wife had the orange chicken with chow mein. This place is underrated on the reviews. It should be a 4.8 to 5. We highly recommend this place. So give it a try.
