Sizzler - Temporarily Closed For A Remodel

had to revise my review as they apparently changed hands in the past few years, this last time we were there, salad bar looked like a pigs trough, messy and unappitizing....cold in building....food was just ok...not like previous....what a shame '

Service was horrible.
About 12 tables or more were still filled with food & not cleaned up. Asked if I could Get a table cleaned and she said they were short staffed. I felt that should have been told to me before paying . I stood longer than 5 min waiting for a table to be cleaned, did have children with me so that makes it a lot harder. Cleaned my own table so I’m able to have my kids sit down. I also heard the employees arguing in the kitchen. employee came out to collect the tips on the table but didn’t clean the table, which that was as inconsiderate . Working in customer service I know things should have been handled a lot differently. Left pretty upset & will not return .

Sizzler has always been a go-to for birthdays for my family and I. This time, not so much.

Prior to arriving, I did call the store the day before to ask for the prices for the salad bar as well if we could do a birthday surprise with the singing and a special birthday cake. The friendliness of the manager was exceptional, and his customer service was on point even saying they would surprise my son with a birthday surprise.

We went on 10/19/2024 at around 11:30 a.m. for their lunch salad bar and was overcharged for 2 dinner salad bars and a senior salad bar. I'm not a senior, and it definitely was NOT dinner time.

I asked about the birthday special for my son and was told, "Unfortunately, we don't do that."

Our waiter never came back around to us after that and barely picked up any of our finished plates. Maybe they were understaffed, but regardless, the attentiveness was not there.

This time around, we were also severely disappointed at the lack of food options too. There weren't as many food options to choose from as I'm used to and sad the food choices weren't the same.

The remodel was beautifully done. However, the efficiency of being able to get through the salad bar was constantly met with traffic jams. The difficulty to get through the narrow walkways while navigating employees cleaning up/refilling the salad bar made it even more difficult to get through.

I don't plan on coming back, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone either.

Had lunch and was i disappointed ordered salad bar big mistake lettuce was old dressing had clumps steak was so small and nothing but fat. Fruit was so stale no flavor. Shrimps were over cooked. I’ll stay with mom n pop restaurants. It was lunch time you would think food would be good what a waste I my hard earned$$$

Have enjoyed since they reopened, food good, service good, but, each time it's less and less clean, was extremely dirty last night. Floors around salad bar really bad

Sizzler is always good and at a fair price.

Food was excellent, steak was over cooked but great flavor. I ordered med rare and got well. My boy ordered medium and got congratulations. Other than that it was great.

I think maybe because it looked like it was a slow day, but the food was not good. It looked/tasted like it had been out in the salad bar area for hours. Customer service was great, but the food was NOT!

We came in late on my husband’s birthday. The entire staff made sure we were taken care. The steak was cooked perfectly. Our waiter Ramses went above and beyond. Even sang to my husband all alone! It was a great experience.
