They were very understaffed, so it was very slow. The food was good and the staff was very pleasant. Very expensive, tho. They upcharged us for a kids' meal lemonade. $40 for two adult meals and one kids meal with no upgrades seems excessive

Spent $51 the shakes were half soft serve all the candy was on the bottom it wasn't even mix completely it's like they mix just a little on the bottom filled the top with soft serve and whipped cream my son's queso was cold all three shakes were the same and they don't have a phone to call and complain at the local store Ben Maddox Visalia stay away if you're smart bad business on top of not getting the order right in the first place how hard can it be
