Spent $51 the shakes were half soft serve all the candy was on the bottom it wasn't even mix completely it's like they mix just a little on the bottom filled the top with soft serve and whipped cream my son's queso was cold all three shakes were the same and they don't have a phone to call and complain at the local store Ben Maddox Visalia stay away if you're smart bad business on top of not getting the order right in the first place how hard can it be

The employee couldn’t even repeat our order correctly, asked us “you guys know what you got right” terrible service. 2 meals for 30$ again the size of a kids meal??

Burgers were so burn and dry. The cheese didn’t melt at all it was still a solid piece of cheese. Then the hot dog was so old looking like it was cooked hours ago

My daughter and her boyfriend went through the drive through and there order was wrong. When they tried to get the right order the person at the window said it wasn't his fault and started getting aggressive. Unfortunately they were afraid of the employee and just left without any food or their money back. They went back the next day with the online receipt and the manager wouldn't help them and told them they would have to comeback when another manager was there. Basically my daughter got ripped off because she was afraid of the employee how is this legal? I hope this review reaches all of Visalia so the community knows that this business is bullying their customers.
