Decided to come and try new banana bread match, was not satisfied at all tasted like regular match, cold foam tasted like regular cold foam, didn’t even have the caramel topping. Lady at the window didn’t have good customer service. Will not be coming back to this location.

This is a shitty Starbucks, ladies are all rude, obviously ignoring everyone inside, people are asking to use the bathrooms and they Arnt giving the code and not going to open them I’m seeing people wait 5min just to use the bathroom, like someone. And when I ordered just an Americano and waited 15min with the drive Thur flowed is crazy! It’s not even busy in here

Decided to come to this located once more, after refusing for years due to each experience having lack of supplies, my mobile order not available (due to not having it in stock), or even condiments with food.
Pulled up, out of the only drink I wanted. (Even though it was closer to me)

A little ridiculous to complain about, but there is obviously something going on with the supplies and how their merchandise is being distributed.
Either this location just never gets the supplies for there demand, or staff is enjoying an inducement in freebies.

I’m a UPS delivery driver and I was out delivering in the big work trucks when I decided to get Starbucks. It was currently 8pm when I arrived, a whole 1.5 hours before closing time. The location says it closes at 9:30 but the worker said, “unfortunately our dine in area is closed, you can go through the drive thru” I told her I couldn’t because I’m in my work truck that won’t fit in the drive thru and she just said, “ohhh yeah I’m sorry we’re closed”. I’ve never had any Starbucks do that to me.

I ordered from them twice this week order was oatmeal and was given with no condiments the line was around the corner and staff kept talking to each other waited 15 min for my order

They used to be good but for the last few months they've been filling my $10 drink to the bottom of the cup with ice. I spent $20 this morning on mine and my kids drinks and mine was filled with ice leaving hardly any drink and my sons got chocolate was so watered down it was actually disgusting. It sucks paying so much for drinks and they aren't made right and then I feel too bad to say anything. I won't come to this one anymore even though it's closet to me. I honestly think I'm going to completely move on to another coffee place. They are way too over priced and then aren't good half the time.

I’m not the person to write reviews about stores/restaurants unless I am really impressed with their service! I have been coming here for about a month since I started my new job and every week just seems to get worse. I refuse to bring my hardworking money and service here! Not sure the name of the female (Asian) who workings mornings 4 am crew. She just seems to have such a bad attitude and the coffee is just awful every time she makes it. Starbucks I don’t want to write more surveys/reviews about my experience. I just hope you guys can do better. Lost a loyal customer.

I don’t usually take the time to leave a review but this place left a bad impression about Starbucks in general.I went in and waited at the counter to make my order but I was never acknowledged or asked if I wanted one therefore I did not have a coffee. It seems like this place only serves people of a certain class or race, I didn’t know you need to have a light skin tone or wear a suit and tie to have a coffee here. Big difference from Dutch.

man I come to this starbucks every single damn day and the one day i come to just get a small water they say i have to purchase something to get a water. its okay if i spend hundreds a year but God forbid they waste a small cup of water. #Annoyed
