There was only one car behind me, and they were at the window for way longer after I got my items. I assume they’re trying to improve their drive thru times, but…… I ordered a drink and one food item, which doesn’t take long at all…. I worked at Starbucks for 4 years, and them doing that just made me annoyed honestly. Pretty pointless yall….. I would totally understand if I had a lot items, but dude……… I had 2 things that don’t take long to make 🙄

On my way home I stopped by and met this wonderful young lady named Kayla! She was so sweet and attentive!! Definitely the nicest barista I’ve ever met totally made my day. Will be coming back tomorrow!

Great Starbucks with a slight homeless population issue (the whole shopping center unfortunately) A little difficult to enjoy the outdoor area at times due to the unhoused hogging the tables or blasting music
The food is amazing, as always. Service is nice, it's about a 8-12 minute wait. It can get really cramped in here though, which can be really stressful.
Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 5+ years since moving to Visalia. They have always been friendly, professional, & chatty (but not Dutch Bros chatty where you feel pressure to talk--no shade just my opinion). I have never had a bad experience but today I decided to share because my family & I had a rather unexpected but much appreciated experience with receiving free drinks. It's not about the value but the offer to bless someone with items that were just going to get tossed. Made our day & it's the kindness & great atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

There are no power outlets or good seating to use my laptop. At one point in time coffee shops used to provide an atmosphere to study or read. This particular Starbucks is not that. Coffee and service were good though.
