I waited in line for close to 10 minutes after ordering my drink to be told they were out of protein at the final window, I was asked if wanted anything else, this or course being garbage that's terrible for you, or what basically what amounts to low calorie water with extra ice, so I said no. 31g protein as per the signage outside the store itself is the only reason why I was there at all. I appreciate offering an alternative, but an I'm sorry or an apology would of went further in this situation, especially from a customer service point of view.
1. Check first before fulfilling the customers order, post a sign somewhere that you're out of a basic ingredient like protein, let other coworkers know between shifts, if that's the issue or something. There's lots of basic entry level job techniques to at least mitigate wasting our time, and or your own.
2. You would think they have the basic ingredient (protein) that they have on every single commerical and sign right now. That at the very least was just plain annoying, it's like promoting a burger and being out of meat. It's even more annoying after a 8 hour work day, a 10 minute wait, and a $10 price tag for something they can't even sell you, because they can't make it.
3. Starbucks is consistently starting to disappoint, prices go up, and service goes down. Once upon a time you could even get a large ice water from this place .
For the same price and a half mile down the road I could have went to Dutch bro's for their protein drink which has better macro's and tastes pretty good too.
At minimum not I will not be going to this location again. If they aren't getting orders wrong, they are running out of ingredients, and this isn't the first time either, they've been out of matcha, toppings ,etc. If this location could run out of coffee it probably would.
I recommend the newer Starbucks right down the road instead, the north dinuba location. They've gotten multiple orders correct in a row and haven't been out of ingredients.

This Starbucks in Visalia is consistently excellent. The customer service here really stands out — the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Even during busy hours, they stay positive and efficient.
The store is always clean and well-maintained, from the seating area to the restrooms. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything organized and inviting. Drinks are made correctly and come out quickly, and the baristas are happy to customize without hesitation.
Overall, it’s a great spot to grab coffee, work for a bit, or meet with friends. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations in the area.

Dont go to this starbucks For service 0 stars I use to come to this Starbucks and they've never giving me an issue I would always ask for light water and light ice and now they've been giving me a hard saying they don't do that anymore and they have to follow the policy and that they would have to charge me extra just for light water and light ice I've and I had told them all the other Starbucks I have went to would never charge me extra or give me a hard time and also I asked so this is the only starbucks that's does that charge people for light water and light ice because even in other city's I've been to where I have gotten my starbucks doesn't charge extra so I will no longer come to this starbucks also she said other starbucks don't follow the policy just them but yet dinuba,and the other starbucks in visalia don't this not even the one in king city this is ridiculous! Their a joke

To the wonderful ladies who make my latte almost everyday thank you for always providing excellent customer and helping me with my customer needs. You always seem to go above and beyond. I've been going to this location since it opened and even though you can get Starbucks anywhere I always make sure to hit your location before I go out of town or just to get the day started for errands. I compare every Starbucks to this location and TBH noone makes my latte like this location. Plus there customer service sucks. Once again thank you for always giving me excellence and providing me with the upmost amazing service

Tonight I was told I HAD to buy something to stay. Seemed odd to me. The guy was nice abt it and added a second cake pop. I asked for a water cup as I always do and then go up and purchase a coffee once I’m settled in. Again just seemed odd as I’ve been coming here for years and never heard of it.
