STUDY AREA REVIEW:

My classmates and I reserved their study room on a Sunday, and there was nothing study friendly about their study room.

We wanted to utilize their smart tv they had so we can mirror our devices on it but we couldn't because there is no remote to control / accept Bluetooth streaming. We asked for the remote and they have known it's been lost forever. We downloaded the "universal remote app" like they told us to but that did not work either.

Something I enjoy about Starbucks is while studying, there is easy access to charging devices. This table had plug-ins but wasn't connected to an outlet - therefore the table outlets didn't even work and the table was too heavy to even move to even connect it.

The room looked dirty and they even had a corner dedicated as storage for their product touching the floor.

Their study room is also quite stuffy.

THE THING IS Visalia truly needs a study area for weekends! I love this idea this Starbucks location has BUT it needs to be worked on.

PLEASE add a BIG white board! It's a great option - us students appreciate this.

PLEASE find the remote to the smart tv - it's a great thing to have!

PLEASE connect your table so us students can charge our devices through studying

PLEASE make it easier to book the study room, maybe an online form?

5 stars to the employees who were super kind, and we all enjoyed the food and drinks we ordered.

I was very tired and needed a pick me up so I stopped to get a vente quad Expresso moca. The server didn't seem excited to be there and the customers weren't looking too happy so I got my order and got out of there. Maybe I just cought them at a bad time.

I had a mobile order pick up and they gave me the wrong drink but this wasn’t the issue. I came back to get my drink and when I revived it, it was extremely watered down and the ice had melted tremendously. I asked them very nicely to remake the drink since it was watered down and they LIED to my face. They said it was just remade but this wasn’t true, I could tell from the condition of the drink and lack of ice. This is upsetting considering I paid for this and as being a returning customer who comes numerous times a week I don’t like this should be the case. This is just upsetting and I wish next time I won’t be lied to my face.
