Why on earth would you charge me for cold foam when I only wanted whipped cream, but you told me that supposedly goes on the drink? I asked specifically if that was correct. I paid $8 for my normal drink, which is normally $6. These people expect a tip. Never going to this location ever again. Oh also didnât use my stars to get my $1 off. Buyer beware.

The drive thru was very quick and smooth. There's not a lot of parking (unless you have an EV) so be willing to go through the drive thru. I'm really not sure why there's more Tesla charging spots than there are regular parking spots ( kinda frustrating because I like to get out and walk after driving/sitting all the time).

Hi Starbucks Team,
Iâve always appreciated that your stores were a place of comfort, kindness, and yesâeven a simple cup of water. Today I stopped by a store, didnât place an order, and kindly asked for a small cup of water. The barista refused, saying itâs âonly for paying customers.â
I understand each location might have its own policies, but I have to admitâit felt a bit off. Isnât hospitality part of the Starbucks spirit? Itâs just water.
I wasnât looking for a free latte. Just a sip of humanity.
Hope this isnât a new direction the brand is taking.

This place is fairly new and clean. I ordered a simple coffee, and the experience was smoothâno lines, quick service, and a friendly staff. Everything was well-run, so Iâd happily give it a five-star rating.

How you going to have a Starbucks in a truck stop and not be trucker friendly, I was denied services their lobby was closed, did they want me to drive my semi through the drive through. Be more trucker friendly

I have been coming since they first opened everyday in the morning. It was the best drive thru in all of Visalia and the fastest too, but these last few months have been slow. Itâs very frustrating as now I am late to work. I have not been going consistently anymore because of this. I usually wait no more than 3-4 minutes and now I and waiting almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. I did see that there has been new staff at the drive thru so I donât know if that is the issue.
