this happened in january but i’m still mad about it tbh. i went on my birthday to get a drink that i paid for because i didn’t have the reward app & i asked for extra whipped cream & they put a dime size amount. wish i would’ve gotten their names but i had to drive off before i threw the drink at the window 😊

Very poor service and experience ! I went in there with my cousin in the afternoon, the guy that took our order was very rude getting our order. Once our food was ready, he kept repeating my name saying “Kimberly !! Kimberly!! The food that you were talking about earlier is ready!! Kimberly your order is ready !!!!” I grabbed my order and asked for siracha and he gave me attitude, walked away, sighed and said “ughhhh how many?”. I will no longer be returning to this location.

One of the employees was extremely rude when taking our order in the drive thru. He was very pushy and trying to hurry us up then we get to the window and realize we’re missing a drink and he starts complaining that he just got there and it wasn’t on our order when we seen it on the big screen. While still trying to rush us with no one else in line we tried to express what size and drink we were missing and he starts complaining that he can’t hear us after we were close to the window basically yelling what it was and then he kept repeating the wrong drink still. He then starts to complain that he just got there as if it’s our fault for his confusion. His nasty attitude and customer service reflects off this store and they need to do better.
