I’ve been buying caramel ribbon crunches for the past two months at the new McCauliff location. Every time I go it’s a different employee and my drink is never consistent. Tonight I decided to take back the drink I ordered earlier today and have it remade correctly. The girl behind the counter had no manners, before I could explain the problem with my drink she cut me off saying she had to check with the manager before giving me a free drink?? I paid $8.25 for my drink, and for 15-20 previous drinks that many of those should’ve taken back as well. I probably won’t be coming back. POOR TRAINING/POOR QUALITY CONTROL

Your force to tip bc they put d card machine in ur face. Never coming again . Wen did customers hav to pay employees n not d company . Tipping should not b force should b freely optionated with no judgement. . Keep a jar outside like human bean . Thats normal. Human bean the place to go. Someone should tip me too for doin my job well. When did tippin become force on every customer? Jeez

I had an order and pickup at window , got myself a Grande Latte my daughter got chocolate when they girl handed my latte while grabbing the hot chocolate coffee spilled on my hand lid was not properly secured , was hot looked at my daughters noticed her lid was not on correctly either thankfully I caught that in time , wasn’t the girl at the window but the person who handed her the drinks but it wasn’t secured on either drink, a little more emphasis on attention to detail when handing out these drinks .

This Starbucks always meets my expectations in customer service they always get my orders right and fast, I once accidentally placed my order to the one on Noble and they were very kind enough to do my order here at this Starbucks I stop by twice a week and always order ahead on the app

This Starbucks will water down your drink if you ask for light ice. I have sensitive teeth and can't have too much cold. This has been my 2nd day in a row asking them to remake this. They roll their eyes when I ask. I'm a mother a US veteran. I am professional and I ask politely, so for these girls to roll their eyes is highly unprofessional! If they'd make it right the 1st time, I wouldn't have had to come back and ask for them to make it right. This town has so so many Starbucks in it and with my son graduating high school this year, I won't be coming back to this joke of a Starbucks! If you can avoid drive through, I would! They screw up drinks thinking they can cheat you out! I'm done with this location!
I got an ice coffee and because I was a past barista I wanted to test the new baristas for help on my stars. And Danielle did awesome! And my ice coffee was perfect. Good job
