Blonde older lady had the most unbelievable attitude with me a couple days ago. Ordering a simple coffee and cake pop with my 7 yr old son she made it the most uncomfortable experience ever. Received my coffee completely wrong and seems it was intentionally made that way.

I always go into this Starbucks because I currently work in the mall. We normally get waters and we get charged (which is not a problem for me) the blonde girl Michelle I believe her name is always has an attitude with me and rolls her eyes every time we order waters. I always make sure i pay and I never try to be mean. Today I went in for some waters and the blonde lady accidentally charged me $249 onto my card. Fortunately the red haired woman who is always super nice to customers handled the situation with such excellence. She apologized many times and the Michelle on cashier didn’t apologize or bat an eye at me. Everyone is always nice except for her. I hope Starbucks can fix this!

The blond and the red head are so rude, I come here almost everyday because I also work in the mall and they always have an attitude, they want to charge me for water and then expect me to wait the red head yelled at me and the blond just doesn’t seem happy to be there.

I would give no stars if possible be careful using credit cards here my husband used credit card by mistake here never used our credit card before was new card and by the next morning we had someone trying to use or credit card for something in Austin TX. The only place that had our card number was this place.

every time i go, you guys manage to absolutely amaze me with how horrible the service is. i ordered ahead so i wouldn’t have to wait in the long line. my order was simple - sausage, egg and cheese muffin (with NO egg). i received my order from the dark haired girl behind the counter who always has an attitude and they gave me JUST egg between two bread patties. simple mistake so i asked them to remake it and they gave me my new order in which i received JUST egg again! 🥰 her and the blond girl behind the counter were giggling at my inconvenience (this cost me 25 minutes of my lunch break). thanks guys! ❤️

this place charges a lot for the same drinks at other starbucks, and they also charge for water when that is against starbucks policy. as a former employee, i would know. somehow not right.

Went yesterday they made us pay for a water ok… then didn’t give us the water and I noticed they were making people drinks first who came after me so I asked about it then said they don’t give venti water and then gave attitude and continued making more peoples drinks that came wayyy after me.. until helping about 6-8 peoples who came after me with drinks, they also gave someone else two free waters right before me then once there were no customers decided to ask me “anything else”? Like… my water???? I’m pregnant and this was so disrespectful and felt embarrassing not only was I really angry I wanted to cry because no Starbucks ever treated me this unkindly. They than just gave me a grande water that took like under a min to make… why did they do that to me???

Ridiculous how they charge for water but they refuse to give you a bigger cup. I mean if you're charging me for water give me what I want the lady refused to charge me fir treata cups because they didn't have enough cups she said. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
