Showed up at 7:49 pm on a Wednesday. Sign off, chairs up on table. Both Google and the Starbucks website said they were open until 9 pm. I guess not.

My gosh lately I have only had bad experiences with this location, no other location I’ve ever been to has rude employees like this one. I’ve had 2 bad experiences so I stopped going to this location and started going out of my way to go to a further one. Today I went to this one to pick up and the male worker gave me the nastiest/weirdest look when I smiled and said thank you after grabbing my cup. Is there something wrong with me?? Do I look weird or something?? I don’t like having to question myself like that when I really did nothing wrong… ruins my mood everytime I go in there 😭 my fiancé has even had a rude employee take his order the only time he has gone for me.

No ice in my drink when I got there, along with leaving a big gap from the lid to its contents. Seems like a problem at this Starbucks, as the other one on Mooney doesn’t have this issue

First time here, I admit, it was better than I thought.

Parking: Got right to it

Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy except for the front doors. It’s hard to open when you’re on a scooter.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at my local Starbucks. When placing my order, "Hello, can I get an oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso decaf? Can I also get that with some sugar-free vanilla?", the barista interrupted me with, "Um, can you like give us all the changes at the beginning so we don’t start making your drink and have to remake it?" Meanwhile, my order hadn’t even populated on the screen yet? How are they making my drink, when I haven’t even verified on the screen that I’m okay with it?

As a customer, I found this response both inappropriate and unprofessional. It is not the customer's responsibility to adapt to the barista's preferences for order taking, especially when the order had not yet appeared on the screen for verification. The barista's premature and condescending attitude was entirely uncalled for.

This experience was exceedingly frustrating, and I expect a higher standard of customer service from Starbucks. Proper training in customer interaction and professionalism is essential.

There are two extremely rude girls workinf at around 515 ish that were whispering makes joke and dirty looks which I assume were towards me since no one else was there me and my friend were there about 10 minutes waiting for a damn cake pop which one of the girls dropped into a bag and handed to me with an enormous attitude these girls need an attitude adjustment and a new job.

Who don't like starbucks really good people to talk to and they are super nice and help you with anything, the only reason I put a 4 star is when I pick my drinks up one with no ice wasn't filled to the top it had a big gap where they could fill it all they way up.

Just placed a pickup order and then went across the parking lot to buy something real quick while I waited. By the time I got back, someone had stolen the order already. Even though the shop was real busy, they immediately remade my order without me even asking. Awesome service, thank you guys!

Did a mobile order for me and my husband they didn't add his Carmel or sugar that was paid extra for and mine is missing the Carmel as well definitely not going back he was a regular at this location not anymore
