Such a bad idea having your employees approach customers as soon as they sit down to ask them if they are going to make a purchase when you don’t know if they have placed a mobile order or just need a moment before placing an order. Maybe what’s taking place an item should be purchased last. Maybe you all should just start taking orders at the tables instead in order to be less rude. The approach is not friendly or welcoming either.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION..the way I got treated was the WORST. YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE BATHROOM OR TO BE INSIDE IF YOU DONT PURCHASE. I walked in put my stuff down asked for bathroom code a tall young guy with glasses working night shift this was around 730pm SAT nite. AUTOMATICALLY HE WAS RUDE SAID ARE YOU PURCHASING ANYTHING. IM LIKE WHAT? Yes I am I'm like wth

So I come back out get situated waiting for my laptop to charge for a min before buying my hot chocolate. WELL DIDNT REALIZE I HAD A TIME LIMIT TO PURCHASE. MANAGER comes to me less than 10 min of being there tells me I gotta buy something if im a be in there..I'm like are u kidding me now your rushing me and forcing me to buy now are you kidding. Told him I already told the cashier I was gonna buy I didn't realize I had a certain time limit..HE SAYS YES YOU DO HAVE A TIME LIMIT. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR POOR AND CANT BE IN THERE. I LITERALLY HAD PULLED MY MONEY OUT TO BUY MY CHOCALATE WHEN HE APPROACHED ME. I GRABBED MY STUFF N TALKED TO THE TALL GUY WHO NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR CONTINUING TO BE RUDE TO ME.

1ST AND LAST TIME AT THIS LOCATION..I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO MY REGULAR LOCATION WHERE THEY ARE NICE AND DONT TREAT ME OR ANYONE AWFUL

Was pleasantly surprised that they had lots of merchandise stocked was happy to find a day of dead cup i was hoping to purchase. Really clean establishment and friendly service

I am really disappointed in the Morning Crew , first off to pay for a venti and too be handed less than half a full cup is ridiculous, and when my wife asked if they can fix it , to be met with a smart attitude is just sad. To come home and my drink to be nothing but ice and creamer , Do better starbucks .

absolutely horrible service, told them i’d pay for whatever i needed to to get my dogs pup cups in tall size cups because they are both 80 lbs and the only reason i came to starbucks was for them and they told me they “couldn’t do it” even the manager said that. i have been purchasing larger pup cups for my dogs for almost five years, this is the first starbucks that wouldn’t do it. have probably been to 30 locations and have always accommodated my dogs. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! disgusting way to start my dogs bday fr. BOOOOOOOO

Second time coming here and not sure if they have new management but worst experience both times. The worker named Micheal is VERY rude and the girl worker at window rolled her eyes multiple times and acted like my question was bothering her.
