Came in to use the restroom and grab a mid day pick me up. Was informed multiple times the restroom was for “Paying Customers Only”. After expressing my willingness and intention to make a purchase the barista felt necessary to reiterate the restrooms was for “PAYING CUSTOMERS.” I expressed I will make a purchase and use the restroom elsewhere due to the unpleasant interaction. Note to self if you’re in your work clothes the barista will assume you can’t afford coffee and are not willing to make a purchase. Wish I could give 0 stars 🤷🏻♂️

Usually the staff here is great and helpful and iv left a 5 star review before ! But today no lol I had money to pay for my drinks and the girl told me to go to the bank and get change lol I thought I was getting pranked ! Store manager Ellie I think that’s her name, do you guys not take cash any more maybe put a sign you don’t take big bills totally new to me and set me behind! I even offered to go inside so she can get change from the safe , Well due to it I went to Panera ??♀️
Absolutely love this Starbucks. The staff always goes above and beyond, super friendly, super helpful stores always clean. This is the only Starbucks I like visiting.

I visited the drive thru this morning on my way to work.. and absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER received. I'm not sure if the lady who was taking my order was having a bad morning or quite possibly, was playing a stupid April fools joke, but I will never visit this location again. As I was placing my order, mind you, only one drink, she kept cutting me off. I ordered a Venti white mocha, no whip cream, 3 pumps toffee nut.. nothing hard! Before I could even finish telling her what I wanted, she cut me off and asked if I wanted hot or iced.. which is fine. I said hot. I proceeded to finish my order and EVERY TIME I tried to speak, she would say "got it" before I could get the words out. And after about 3-4 rounds of that, then asks very rudely "anything else." Starbucks, you are better than that... I hope that you make a change in your training practices and emphasize the importance of working is customer service.
