Ehhh, where's the coffee? Both beverages ordered are a shot to two shots low on coffee content, essentially milk with a little coffee in it. Something isn't up to company standards @ this SB's... rare to find watered down coffee but this is one of those locations.

Devon is very rude. He never says excuse me if they are out of a certain product he will just ask if we want tk cancel the order or get a dofferent drink instead of offering suggestions and on multiple occasions he just slides the drink on the cojnter and does not call out a name. On the other hand every other employee has a very great attitude and are very pleasant.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. They came to check on me after they saw I finished my drink to offer a water or another drink. One employee (the manager) knew almost everyone who walked in and made the place feel like a small town, mom & pop, coffee shop.

Turkey Bag
Came in to use the restroom and grab a mid day pick me up. Was informed multiple times the restroom was for “Paying Customers Only”. After expressing my willingness and intention to make a purchase the barista felt necessary to reiterate the restrooms was for “PAYING CUSTOMERS.” I expressed I will make a purchase and use the restroom elsewhere due to the unpleasant interaction. Note to self if you’re in your work clothes the barista will assume you can’t afford coffee and are not willing to make a purchase. Wish I could give 0 stars 🤷🏻♂️

Went in to redeem by Starbucks drink for my birthday, I was asked if I wanted to use my stars, I said no, my birthday offer and she still used my stars and my birthday offer expired ?
Usually the staff here is great and helpful and iv left a 5 star review before ! But today no lol I had money to pay for my drinks and the girl told me to go to the bank and get change lol I thought I was getting pranked ! Store manager Ellie I think that’s her name, do you guys not take cash any more maybe put a sign you don’t take big bills totally new to me and set me behind! I even offered to go inside so she can get change from the safe , Well due to it I went to Panera ??♀️
